Rhett looks down and absolute horror strikes his face."Rachel! Your bleeding!" He paincked.
He pulled a piece of fabric and apply pressure to help stop the bleeding but it was no use, the wound was too deep."Don't worry about it Rhett." I softly spoke.
"Please...Rachel." Rhett started to sob.
My hand lightly touched his face,"Rhett, someday you are going to get married and have beautiful kids. You will make a great guardian, mentor...... and father." I wiped a a tear from his cheek."Rhett, can I ask you one more thing?"
"Anything my princess." He answered.
"Can you sing me to sleep with a lullaby, something that I would like?"
Rhett sniffed and nodded. With his deep,masculine and lovely voice he sang to me softly.
