Chapter 1 ~ Tour & Shit

Hi. My name is Abigail. When I graduated high school I moved in with my bestfriend. My mom didn't want me so she kicked me out when I turned 18. My older brother had the same treatment. His name is Derek he's 25 and works for a band. I just turned 23 last month. He never decided to tell me what band and it annoyed me. At first he didn't want me to live with home because of the touring but I offered to work and he got me a job as the bands merch girl. Like I said. I don't know what band it is and my brother doesn't plan on telling me.

I've been living in his apartment for 1 year now since my roommate kicked me out. I guess tours about to start. When tour starts Derek told me that I had to be the designated driver when they "partied" which is almost always. I'm not worried though because I'm pretty good at driving.

I'm in my room packing clothes when Derek came in. "Hey. They're picking us up in 30 minutes." He said casually. "Ok. How long are we going to be gone?" I asked. "About 2-3 months. You can still drop out if you want" he said and I shook my head "nah. Plus I need to get out of this town." I stated and he nodded and left. I packed everything in one suitcase and sat back. It's 3 am and I look like shit. When they give me a bunk I'm immediately going to sleep.

I heard a honk out side and Derek told me they were here. I grabbed my suitcase and makeup bag and walked to the living room to be greeted my 5 guys. Each had lots of tattoos. Derek introduced me to them. "This is your new mech girl." He said and they all smiled at me and I saw the one with the most tattoos check me out. Kinda creepy. Derek turned towards me. "This is Lee Malia" he pointed at a guy with a baby face. "These are the Matt's" he said pointing at two guys and they waved at me. "Well I'm the more attractive one" said the one with the beard and accent and I giggled. "This is Jordan" Derek pointed at another guy and he smiled. "And that's it" he said before being interrupted. "DEREK! Hello?" The guy with lots of tattoos said. "Oh yea this is Oli. No one cared about him" Derek said with a smirk. "What? You're a fucking cunt" he laughed before smirking at me.

We loaded the bus and got in. I got the top bunk. I changed in shorts and a PTV shirt. I got out and ran into Oli and it kinda hurt. I lost my balance for a second before he held me. "Shit sorry" he said and I really liked his accent. "It's okay... " I saw before walking around him. I'm so tired. I got in my bunk and passed out.

I woke up to someone staring at me. It was Lee... He gave me a creepy look and when I realized I shrieked. He started to laugh and I gave him a 'what the fuck' look. "Sorry. You didn't wake up so... yea. Want food?" He said and I nodded. I got up and fell. Shit. I forgot I had top bunk. Dammit. Lee helped me up and we walked to the back lounge. Derek was watching tv and I sat next to him. "How's the first night on the bus?" He asked still watching tv. "Ehh it was fine" I replied before laying on his lap. I yawned before someone pulled me off the couch. "No." It was Oli. After he walked away casually. The fuck...

I've been watching movies with Lee and Derek for the past couple of hours. We were suppose to be at the venue shortly less than an hour. I'm kinda getting tired of sitting. Oli and Matt Kean are up front taking shots. The other Matt is asleep still. "I need a drink" I say before getting up. I walked to the front and took out a shot class and took out the whiskey. "Wow... girl can hold her alcohol" Matt stated and Oli laughed. I looked at them and poured the whiskey. I took a shot and they clapped... Kay...

We got to the venue and I ran out. It was my first day and I couldn't stand the bus anymore. "FREEDOM" I yelled and everyone laughed at me. Oli came and put his arm around my shoulder. "Sorry I never actually talked to you" he said with a tiny smile. "Haha it's alright" I giggled. "I'll help you unload your stuff" he said sweetly.

We set up our table and put up all the merch. Oli had to leave so I just stayed there adding some other things. I was opening a box when a ginger came. Holy shit. It's Alan Ashby! "Hey can I get that shirt" he pointed and I gave it to him. "Aren't you Alan Ashby?" I asked and he nodded. "Yea we're touring with Bring Me The Horizon" he said "wait... I'm the merch girl for Bring Me The Horizon?" I asked confused "you didn't know what band you were working for?" He asked before laughing. "Well no one actually told me..." I sighed "well know you know. I have to get back to work see you later?" He asked and I smiled "well I don't know... I'm really busy" I said sarcastically and he laughed "see you" he laughed "who said I was going to see you?" I laughed "I'm just kidding see you" I laughed before waving.

It was around 9 when BMTH started to play and I had a few minutes off so I went for a smoke break. I walked about side and pulled out a cigarette and lit it. I was half way through when someone came. "Can I join you?" He asked "sure why not" I said with a smile. He has black shoulder length hair and looks goth with eye makeup. "Hi I'm Ricky" he said sweetly "hey I'm Abigail" I replied "that's funny my band has a song called Abigail" he smirked. I saw he was struggling with his lighter so I took mine out and helped him "thanks" he said and I smiled. "What band do you work for?" He asked "I'm the merch girl for Bring Me The Horizon." I replied casually "ohh are you?" He said.

We finished our cigarettes and walked inside together. He walked me to my table and BMTH was just about to finish meaning lots of kids. Ricky came with me for some reason. "I'll help you. It's hard getting to so many people" he said and I nodded. Oli finished off and kids started to gather around the table. I helped as many as possible. It would've been impossible without Ricky's help.

After the show all the guys including my brother went to the bar. I'm not much of a drinker. Ricky invited me over to his bus. When I got on I finally realized what band it was... Motionless In White... I never really listened to them. I just knew the pianist Balz. We were friends a while back. "Abigail?" Balz asked and I smiled before he tackled me with hugs. I started to laugh before he put me down. "Wow you've changed!" He shouted and I laughed. "So have you. Where's you long hair" I asked "gone... long gone" he stated and I giggled.

I stayed in their bus for a while before having to go pack the rest of the things. When I was packing the merch Alan came with a really tall guy. Since I'm obsessed with Of Mice & Men I knew it was Austin Carlile. "Hey Alan" I smiled. "You never told me your name so I can't say anything back yet" he frowned. "Abigail" I said. "Well hey Abi" he said with a smiled. "I brought Austin." He said and I waved at him "hey Abigail." He smiled "hello Austin" I said "need help" Alan said grabbing a box "sure" I said and Austin picked the last 2 boxes and followed me.

After loading the bus I realized I had to drive. I grabbed 2 rock stars and a monster. I went back to the venue to get everyone. "We have to go" I stated "nooooo one more drink" Matt Kean said. "No can you not? We have to go" I said pulling him. Gosh this is the hardest task ever. "No more drinks" I said to the bartender. Everyone pouted and awed in disappointment and started to walk out. Oli came to me. "I saw you working" he said slurring "yea. What was I suppose to do?" I said giving him the creeper look. "You looked really good" he said. "Okay Oli you've had to many drinks. We're getting you on the bus" I said making him walk a little fast. "But... I really think you're cute" he pouted. "Oli stop you're drunk go on the bus." I said shaking my head. "Can you sleep with meeee?" He slurred this is getting annoying. "No Oli I need to drive" I said getting him on the bus. I walked him to his bunk "but..." he said pulling me down with him. "Oli stop I have to drive" I say while trying to get our of his grip. I got out and got to the front. I turned on the engine and started to drive.
