chapter one

Dallon is the nobody from his school. He doesn't like talking much and socializing with others. So far he's only made few friends. He tries to be nice to everyone. He's just a innocent guy that is obsessed with Doctor Who.

But if there's someone Dallon can't stand is Brendon Urie. Brendon isn't a popular one either. Brendon is just a short bisexual guy who likes to have fun and fuck around, and get wasted with his boyfriend, Ryan Ross. Which Dallon has to admit, they're both a pretty cute couple.

But then it all changed in English class.

The bell rang and English class was over, Brendon was ready to get the hell out of there but someone stopped that from happening.

"Brendon? I need to talk to you, it's important," Miss Swift asks standing from her desk.

"Ugh, fuck," Brendon curses under his breath stopping on his tracks.

"Yes, Miss Swift?" Brendon answers turning around trying to not sound impatient.

"Brendon, I'm sorry to tell you this but you're failing English. You currently have a C- and we don't want to go lower than that. What happened to the book assignments? Did you finish reading the book?" Miss Swift questions Brendon looking at him at the eye.

The good thing about Miss Swift is that she's a nice, chill back teacher. Mostly everyone loved her and the class.

"Well, it's just hard. It's hard for me to read. I mean it's not like I can't read but like I just don't know," Brendon confesses.

"Well, I think we can change that. How about you get help? It can be from me or from another student after school at the library or anywhere," The teacher suggests.

Just knowing that there other people in his English class smart enough to be a tutor makes him more self conscious.

"Okay, yeah, sure. Whatever it will take to not fail. Who are the tutors?" asks Brendon fidgeting with his books.

"Well, there's Lynn Gunn, Tyler Joseph, Patrick Stump, Hayley Williams, and Dallon Weekes. You may or may not know them. Patrick and Hayley are in your class and they're quite good. Lynn is also very good but her schedule is quite busy. Dallon and Tyler are some of my best students in English and are always willing to help," Miss Swift looks up at him smiling.

Brendon made a list in his mind and thought about it.

Tyler? Yeah, he's good, way too good at English. But I feel like I would need an English degree to understand 98% of what he's saying.

Hayley? She's okay but I'm pretty sure she doesn't like me much.

Lynn? She's super nice and funny. She's great, but I'm not sure. I don't know why but I'm not sure.

Patrick? He's really shy and it's like super hard for him to talk and I don't want to pressure him.

And Dallon I've seen him before but have never really talked to him. It seems likes he's friend's with Patrick, and Hayley. Literally the other smart asses in English.

"I would like Dallon, Dallon Weekes," Brendon says making his final decision.
