Christmas Day

Ariana's Pov

"Baby are you ready yet," I heard Sean ask me, I grabbed my purse and smiled at him. "Yes honey, but can you tell me where we're going now" I asked as I linked my arm with his, he grabbed his keys and led me to the car. "It's a surprise baby, I'd ruin all the fun if I told you" He said as he opened the car door for me, I pouted and got into the car. 

Sean got into the car and I looked over at him and smiled, "I'll make it worth your while" I said with a sly smirk on my face, he laughed and leaned over to peck my lips. "That offer sounds amazing baby, but i'm still not telling you" He said which made me groan and lean back in my seat. 

I knew he wouldn't tell me so the whole ride to the airport I kept guessing, and getting it horribly wrong might I add. "I can carry my bag Sean," I said softly as I got out of the car, shutting the door behind me. Sean looked at me with his you're joking right face and I shrugged and walked over to kiss his cheek. "Where's the tickets sweetie," I asked as I checked my purse, he closed the trunk and smiled at me. "My dad sent his jet for us to use, his attempt at a gift for me this year" He said which made me smile but soon after a pout appeared on my lips. "I'll get you plenty of gifts to make up for it," I said softly as I closed my purse and slipped it on my arm. "I don't doubt that, come on love let's get to the plane." He said as he picked up our bags and led me to the entrance. 

During the plane ride I sat next to Sean reading a book a picked up from the shops before we left the airport, Sean of course passed out within a few minutes of the ride, I must've kept him up all night. I watched as we fly past the clouds and looked down at Sean since his head was rested on my lap. "I love you, more than life itself, I hope to call you my husband one day" I whispered before I leaned down and kissed his cheek. 

"Baby wake upp, we're here" I said excitedly as I kissed Sean's face repeatedly. Sean groaned and grabbed my face with his hands. "I'm up," He said groggily which made me smile and kiss his lips. "Welcome to Tahoe baby," He said which immediately made me light up and kiss his lips again before hopping up to get off the plane. "Oh my god I love you so much, it's beautiful here" I said excitedly as I looked around and admired all the snow and scenery.

Sean and I walked until we reached the resort, I smiled at Sean and kissed his cheek before we made our way inside. Sean walked up to the front desk and checked us in. The worker was taking his time and I started to get irritated until I looked up and noticed that he was staring at me. I moved closer to Sean and silently communicated with him, he furrowed his eyebrows and looked over at the guy. "Dude, stop undressing my girlfriend with your eyes and give me my room key please" He said sternly which made me smile and rest my head on his shoulder. 

"Sorry, here you go" He said quickly as he fumbled to give Sean the key. "Thank you" Sean said as he took the key and grabbed the bags, I smiled and walked away with Sean. "Cmon baby," I said as I took the key from him and walked down the hall to our room. He laughed and followed me as fast as he could. "I'm coming sexy, I'm coming" He said quickly, I giggled and handed him the room key so he could open the door because I knew he always loved doing that. 

"I'm gonna go take a shower, i'll be back in a few minutes" Sean said after he put the bags down by the door, I nodded and sat on the bed. "I'm gonna watch some Netflix, don't be too long baby" I said after I had grabbed the remote and looked through the shows and movies available. I looked to the nightstand when I heard Sean's phone go off, I grabbed it thinking it would be Zeno or Tone but what I saw was completely unexpected. 

Ashley - I miss you baby.

Sean - Ashley I miss you too but things are different now..

Ashley - Well i'm moving down to Boca Raton, maybe we can see each other again. Text me soon sexy :)

"What the hell-" I said quietly before I heard the bathroom door open, "Hey baby wanna have some-" Sean said as he came out of the bathroom before I cut him off. "Who is Ashley and why is she calling you baby and sexy," I half yelled as tears started to form in my eyes, Sean looked at me with furrowed eyebrows and quickly looked down at his phone in my hand. "No baby it's not like that" He said quickly as he walked closer to me, I jumped up and stood in front of him.

"Oh really then tell me what it's like Sean, because to me it seems like you're cheating on me" I yelled as tears started to fall from my eyes. "Baby i'm not, I would never-" He said quickly as he tried to grab my hips, I shook my head and pushed his hands away. "I can't believe this, do I have a sticker on my forehead that says cheat on me" I said quickly as I scrambled around the room to grab my coat and a room key. "Where are you going, come on baby stay and talk to me" He said quickly, I wiped my eyes and slipped my coat on. "I'm going for a walk, don't follow me" I said before I slammed the door behind me and took off. 

Three hours later

Sean's Pov

"Mom I really messed up," I said quietly as I held the phone to my ear. It had been three hours and Ariana still hadn't come back and I knew I had to talk this out with someone. "I already messed up with her once ma, I can't lose her again." I said as I wiped under my eyes and tried to listen to what my mom was saying on the phone. "She isn't just some girl ma, I love her and I want to spend the rest of my life with her." I said as I sighed and leaned back on the bed. 

"I didn't cheat on her ma, you know I would never do that to her. Ashley doesn't mean anything to me, she texted me first and Ariana saw I didn't mean for this to happen" I said as I looked up at the dark ceiling, I had kept it dark in here, I really hadn't moved since Ariana left. "She's been gone over three hours, she hasn't read my texts or answered my calls ma" I said which made me sit up at the thought, she could be in trouble, or hurt somewhere. "Ma I gotta go find her" I said quickly before I hung up the phone and got up the leave the bedroom. 

I opened the bedroom door and bumped right into someone. "Shit, Ariana.." I said quickly as I rubbed my chest, she looked up at me from the ground and held her forehead. "Ouch," Ariana said as she sat up a little, I helped her up and led her to the bed. "You're okay," I said softly as I looked at her, she shrugged and rubbed her head while looking down. "My head hurts, you hit me pretty hard" She said as she looked up at me, "Shit i'm sorry baby- I mean Ari" I said awkwardly before I rubbed the back of her head. "Have you been crying" She asked me as she looked into my eyes, I shrugged and nodded my head. 

"Look, I know I messed up but I don't want us to take a break okay, let's talk this through please," I said softly as I put my hand on her waist, she shook her head and put her hand on my cheek. "I don't wanna take a break," She said which quickly made me shake my head, "I don't wanna break up, please Ariana we can work through this, I didn't cheat on you I swear." I said quickly she shook her head and wiped under my eyes. "I don't wanna break up, Sean I love you" She said as she wrapped her arms around my waist and hugged me. "You're not mad" I asked as I held her face in my hands, she laughed and looked up at me.

"No Sean, I'm pissed but that doesn't mean I wanna break up." She said softly, I nodded my head and flashes a small smile. "I'll do whatever it takes to make it up to you Ari, I promise" I said softly, she shrugged and moved closer to me. "Just hold me tight, that's all I want please" She said which made me nod my head and wrap my arms around her to hold her close to my chest. "I fell pretty hard, I might need some ice for my head." She said, I let her go and stood up from the bed. "I'll go get the ice, you get ready for bed okay." I said as I cut the light on and left the bedroom to go get her some ice. I walked back into the room and saw Ariana laying on the floor. "Ariana," I yelled.
