"He did what" Joan and Nonna yelled standing in the doorway.

"Shit" Sean mumbled.

"Mom before you yell, we're in a hospital and we shouldn't be doing this right now." Ariana said.

"Ariana I love you, but your father is an ass" Nonna said as Sean's eyes widened.

"Damn" Sean whispered.

"I think this is a family matter, you need to leave boy." Edward said angrily.

"Sean is family and Ariana is the only one who decides if he leaves." Joan said shutting the door.

"Ariana" Edward said looking at her.

"Sean is family, he was there when you hit me therefore he is gonna stay." Ariana said sitting back and putting her head on Sean's shoulder.

"So Edward, you hit my little girl." Joan said angrily.

"It wasn't like that Joan, she disrespected me" Edward quickly said defending himself.

"How did I disrespect you" Ariana said sternly.

"You should never raise your voice at me im your father" Edward said sternly.

"Since when you're never here. Only time you show up is when you want something, and that all conveniently started after Frankie got famous." Ariana snapped.

"He's barely famous, and Im always trying to be here for you. I just want to be in your life" Edward said as Nonna's eyes widened.

"Barely famous." Nonna said angrily.

"Baby can you take Nonna outside please." Ariana asked tapping Sean.

"Babe I have a not so little problem going on" Sean whispered in her ear.

"It's barely noticeable" Ariana whispered after she discreetly lifted the blanket.

"Fine" Sean whispered.

"Nonna lets go outside..lets take a walk" Sean said getting out of the bed.

"Im not about to let this asshole disrespect my grandchildren." Nonna said angrily.

"Nonna come on, lets go" Sean said grabbing her hand.

"Mom just go with him please" Joan said.

"Fine. Only because I like walking with Sean." Nonna said as Sean smiled.

"Ariana, I just wanna be in your life. Please let me be in your life." Edward said.

"Well in two weeks my life will be in Los Angeles so you're out of luck." Ariana said sitting back in the bed and getting comfortable.

"Why would you ever lay a hand on my daughter." Joan asked.

"She's my daughter too Joan" Edward said.

"Barely-" Joan said before Ariana cut her off.

"You know you didn't even apologize to me" Ariana said as a tear fell from her eye.
