Animila's Pov

I'm not the type to accept my doom but I can't think of a way of of this. Knowing Alric he'll make sure that we can't escape.

I look over to Aqua and see the defeated scared look on her face. I feel so bad for her. Just like me she pretty much is guessing what Alric may do to her.

Then I start to think about my other friends. Did Alric do anything to them? Are they ok?

Questions flood my mind but leave quickly as we approach town. We got here after three days of nonstop running. Well running for the creatures. I really don't understand the vine honestly. It's basically a never ending vine that is connected to nothing. But it can attach itself to things. Like trees.

I see how deserted the town look and I see some more creature walking around. Man Alric really did get a hold on this town.

We go towards where are old house is. Or should I say was. As we approach it I notice that in place or the house is a gigantic castle. Well that tells me how much power Alric has.

We enter and go towards what I take is going to be a throne room and where Alric will be located.

We enter in through the doors and almost immediately both Aqua and I are tied up in chains. The vine though still covers my mouth.

"What do you know, it's my two favorite girls."

I look up and see Alric sitting on a throne smiling at us madly. Then I see Blaze, Flora, and Fauna appear chained to a wall. Aqua and I are chained in a kneeling position with our hands in front of us.

"I was looking for you two everywhere. Now the gang is finally all here." Alric says.

I glare at him while I see Aqua shake slightly from my side view.

"Aww little Aqua there is nothing to be afraid of. We are all friends here. Right Animila." Alric says turning near me.

He signals for the vine to move from my mouth and it does.

"Don't you dare call yourself a friend." I say with acid in my voice.

Alric seems surprised at my tone of voice.

"Now what happened to you?" He asks.

"Nothing of your concern." I reply.

He walks closer to me as I try to move away. Him being close to me is not a good idea. I really don't know how stable I am around him.

He stops midway.

"I sense a spell on you. Two to be exact." He says.

He couldn't know. He can't be that powerful to sense my glamour. Not even his vine sensed my glamour. It's too weak.

"You're crazy I don't have a spell on me let alone two." I reply.

"Oh yes you do. One is stronger than the other. Do you want to explain?" He says.

He goes to Aqua and holds her. I see his grip tighten around her chains.

"Don't do anything to her." I say.

"Then you better start explaining." Alric says.

"Fine I put a spell on myself to lock up any feelings I have for you. Happy." I say.

"So that's why you sound so cold to me. Now what about the other spell." He says.

"I only have one." I say.

He comes closer to me until he is in front of me. He puts his hand under my chin and forces me to look at him.

"You have a glamour on. One that seems you've been wearing for a very long time." He says.
