Liam and I walk together to my locker. I feel like Liam no longer trust me. But, why would he? He probably thinks I paralyzed Lydia in the cafeteria. I don't even know how I would. That's not a power I remember possessing. The hallways are almost empty. Everyone is either just getting to their classes or already sitting at their desk waiting for the bell to ring. We finally get to my locker.
"What class do you have now?" Liam asks me. I honestly have no idea because of this stupid routine I always have. Check one period at a time. That needs to stop. It's just inefficient. If I'm going to be late for class already, trying to maneuver my way through the school to find the right classroom will make me even more late. Time is not on my side. I pull out my schedule. I have biology next in room 210 and then P.E in Gym A.
"Pretty easy classes actually. Bio - one of my favourites. And gym." Even though I hate sports, maybe I can just pretend to be sick so I can sit out. Now that I think about it, I kind of do feel sick to my stomach. Everything that's happened this morning and it's only third period. Jesus, my life is getting a little stressful. I hate being stressed. I can't handle it. Anxiety attacks are so dumb. I wish I wasn't diagnosed with anxiety but there is nothing I can do about. Sometimes I wish I was bitten by a werewolf and then all my worries would go away. Or would they?
"Oh, nice." says Liam. He still isn't even looking at me. "Liam," I begin "you aren't mad at me are you? Or maybe you don't trust me anymore after what happened... I just -" Liam cuts me off. "Hey, don't worry alright? I still trust you. I'm just a little... worried. That's all. Don't want things to get worse. Not that they will. I just... I care about Lydia you know... She's my friend." He is right. He should be worried. Things will get worse, Liam. You don't even know.
I smile at him. He finally looks at me and returns a heart warming smile. "I understand. I'm going to get to class now. See you after school, 2:30. Meet at the front."
"Yeah! For sure!" Liam starts to walk away, towards his next class. He waves his hand in the air. "Bye Sam!" I watch him go. "Bye Liam." I whisper to myself.

My biology class is pretty awesome. Just like I mentioned to Liam, it's my favourite class. That and chemistry. My father is a doctor at the Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital. It's his ninth year working as a doctor. He wants me to be a doctor someday and I do as well. It just that it's a lot harder now, now that things have changed. My teacher for this class is Mr. Harris. He better be a good teacher. Teachers can always ruin the class for students, especially when they don't teach shit.
I walk into class. I don't know anybody here. No Mason. No Liam. All the desks are full expect for one in the front. Of course. No one ever wants to sit in the front. There is a girl sitting next to the empty desk. "Is anyone sitting here?" I ask the girl. She's really pretty with her long black hair. "Nope. It's all yours!" I put my bag down on the ground and sit beside her.
"Hey, I'm Sam." I introduce myself. She smiles. "That's a pretty name. I'm Hayden. It's nice to meet you!" Thank god, she is nice. Maybe we can be friends. But I don't know, according to Stiles, I already have a group of friends to sit with at lunch. She keeps staring at me, like she is studying me. "Oh I've seen you before! You're that girl that started that big drama thing at lunch." Oh look at that, I'm popular. "You were with those seniors... and Liam Dunbar." The way Hayden says his name doesn't sound like they are very fond of each other.
"You know Liam?" I ask her. Her eyes open wide. She has a certain smile on her face. Like she isn't happy or mad. Revengeful. That's what it is. "Yeah I know him. We went to elementary school together. Sixth grade. Him and I kinda had a thing happening." My heart sinks. They had a relationship together. They were boyfriend and girlfriend. Lucky Hayden. Lucky Liam.
