Lauren's pov

"Laur over here!!" As soon as I stepped out of my black Mustang, I was waved over by my overly excited best friend.

"Laur can you believe it's finally senior year? ... I sure can't." Dinah asks me.

"I feel you D. It seems like just yesterday we won our first state game."

"Yeah Boo and now we state champs SON!!" Dinah yells. Laughing we make our way into the school. "Mani should be here soon." Dinah's face automatically lights up as she talks about her girlfriend of going on two years.

"Okay. Well we shou..." There she is. Camila Cabello. The girl I've been hopelessly in love with since the 7th grade. The girl who's way out of my league.

"Yo Laur what are you.... oh I see, your girlyfriend." Dinah says Snapping me back to reality.

"Shut up D." I say while punching her in the arm.

"Well she would be if you had the guts to ask her out."

"Like she would ever go out with me." I say.

"Well nows your chance." Dinah says walking away towards her girlfriend who just arrived. Turning my head I see Camila walking towards me. I was constantly telling myself to keep cool.

"Hey Lauren I was wondering if you had any plans after school today." Maia asks coming out of nowhere. Ignoring Maia I look over her shoulder to see Camila with a hurt look on her face?

"Um.. sorry Maia no can do today." I say desperately wanting to get away from the brunette.

"Oh..ok maybe some other time?"

"Sure later ok." Maia obviously satisfied with my answer skips happily to her friends. Sighing I look back to Camila, but she's no longer there. I look around, but ultimately give up and decide to catch up with Dinah and Normani.

"Hey Lauren."

"Hey Mani."

"So Laur what classes did you get?" Normani asks while Dinah stares at her phone.

"Um.. I have AP Art then Music. After that it's English, Calc, Chem and Macroeconomics." I said looking down at my schedule.

"Hey I think you have the same schedule as my friend Camila and you have Music and Econ with me and Dinah." Says Normani with Dinah looking up at the mention of her name.

"Dang we only have two classes together." Dinah says pouting.

"Aww Babe it's okay." Normani says while kissing her girlfriends forehead. I make fake gagging noises while Dinah glares at me, so I decide to leave the lovebirds alone and head to class.

I greet Mr. Wilson, the art teacher, and make my way to an open desk. After getting out my supplies, I look towards the door to see her standing there talking to one of her friends. Wearing her ripped skinny jeans and crop top that compliment her body oh so well. I notice that the only other empty station was right beside me and mentally faceplamed. Great now I won't get to stare at her.

"Um.. hi Lauren" she says dragging me out of my own conversation.

"Hey.. Camila" I decide to stop there in order to prevent me from embarrassment. She smiles and my heart melts.

The class starts and Mr. Wilson gives us our assignments, to draw our future. I hesitate about what to draw and try to see what I think my future will be like. I pick up my pencil and I'm off. It's like I have no control of what's going on. When I think I'm done I set down my pencil and admire my work. My jaw drops. It's me and a Camila Cabello doppelganger by my side.
