Lauren's pov
---

This past week driving Camila to and from school has been amazing. Our car rides are full of horrible jokes, laughter, and belting out song lyrics. Everyday I've fallen in love with her even more if that's even possible. I get to see her little quirks and her other side I never knew she had. The dorky and innocent side. She's honestly so adorable I almost crashed twice trying to glance at her while she was laughing.

Unfortunately I fixed her car yesterday, so now she can drive herself to school again. It's Sunday and I have accomplished nothing.

I'm currently laying in bed scrolling through Tumblr, reblogging a bunch of lovey dovey stuff and I can't help but think of Camila. My phone buzzes in my hand signaling I have a text message.

From Camz:
Have you wrote your song for the music assignment.

Shoot. I knew I was supposed to do something for music. I look at the clock; 9:21 pm. I guess it's too late to start on one now.

To Camz:
I totally forgot about it. I guess I'll use one I've already wrote.

From Camz:
You write?

To Camz:
Yeah. Do you?

From Camz:
A little. I'm not really good at it though.

To Camz:
I'm sure you're amazing.

A loud boom pulls me out of our conversation and I jerk towards the window noticing it pouring down rain. I remember Camila telling me one morning how she has a fear of Thunder, so I decide to call her.

(Lauren, Camila.)

"Hello"

"Hey Camz. You alright?"

"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?"

"Well it's storming over here and I remember you saying you didn't like them."

"I'm okay Lo. They just stress me out a little that's all."

As soon as she gets the words out of her mouth, I hear another boom followed by a muffled scream.

"Camz you okay?"

"I'm perfectly fine Lolo."

I can hear the uneasiness in her voice and her soft sniffles.

"What do you usually do when it storms?"

"I usually cuddle with Sofi but she's at a friends house. Music helps too."

"I'm no Sofi but if you need a cuddler I got you covered."

I can not believe I just said that. I hear her giggle and what she says next is even harder to believe.

"I'd love that Lo."

---

Parking in Camila's driveway, I shut the engine off and pull on my leather jacket and grab my night bag; quickly make my way to her front door trying to avoid getting soaked.

I ring the doorbell and a few seconds later I'm met with the love of my life with tears in her eyes. She pulls me in and engulfs me in a hug. When she pulls back, I sigh at the loss of contact. "Thank you Lo." She says. I just stare into her eyes, getting lost, huge grin on my face.
