Meeting The Boys

I was getting impatient. I pulled out my phone, and sent a quick text to Skylar. I looked out the window and saw the blonde boy looking around. Soon enough I saw Skylar'a auburn hair come around the corner. I figured she would take so long because she wanted to fix her hair. Turns out she changed the whole outfit except the hair. Now she was wearing a floral high low dress and white cowgirl boots. She also added a aqua flower into her hair.

"Come on, Skylar, you took 25 minutes."

"I'm sorry! I just happened to see my boots while going out the door and felt the urge to wear them. And then I had to reaccessorize, and then I almost redid my hair. But I didnt." I nodded and rolled my eyes. I think Skylar was the most indecisive person I'd ever met, but that's why we're best friends.

"God Skylar you had one thing to remember to wear and you forgot." I had noticed she wasn't wearing her medals.

"What?" She didn't have the slightest idea.

"Um" I cleared my throat and gestured at the medals hanging around my neck.

"Oh yeah, I'll run upstairs and-"

"Don't." I cut her off. "Lucky for you, I knew you would forget them and grabbed them on the way out." I held out her 4 medals(she didn't place on floor), she took them and thanked me, placing one on top of the other, she straightened them out, then walked out the door with me. My coaches ran over and introduced me to a few people, then I got time to socialize. Niall found me, and Skylar saw me talking to him and snapped in a text to me.

S- do u know who your talking to?

J- of course I do, I'm not stupid.

S- and why haven't you introduced me yet? That's Niall freaking Horan! Hello?!?!

J- you would fangirl so bad, it would be embarrassing and I just met him while waiting for you.

S- your point is?

J- just chill and get your ass over here!

Skylar grabbed a strawberry then casually walked up.

"Hey, Skylar!"I greeted casually.

"Hey good job today at the meet, love." Niall complimented her.

"Oh thanks, Niall." She slipped. "Oh yah, I know your name, I think I saw it in a magazine" she recovered quickly. I laughed, then realized they hadn't been formally introduced.

"Skylar, Niall, Niall Skylar." I informed.

"Hey Jaylor, you want to meet the boys? Skylar you can come too!" I had fallen in love with his accent, it could just melt my heart.

"I'd love to Niall!" I replied, looking up at him.

"Great!" He exclaimed, before weaving me through the sea of people. Soon enough I saw 4 boys messing around. One with a pair of red jeans on said something and the rest of them laughed.

"Hey mates" Niall called to the boys.

"Niall!" One with super short brown hair called.

"You're back!" The one with curly hair called!

"With a girl!" The one with dark hair cried.

"You better not be cheating on me, niall." Said the one in the red pants. Niall laughed, then introduced me. Harry had the curls, Liam had the short hair, Zayn had the dark hair, and Louis had the red pants. After there greetings, I knew I was in over my head. I could also tell that the bunch had a lot of personality. I knew Skylar could barely contain her excitement so I asked her to get me a tea. She said yes, of course she knew she needed a break too. When she left Louis was looking at me with a mischievous look in his eyes, one that I didn't like.

"May I help you?"I asked him.

"No, no just-" he stopped his sentence half way through and ran towards me picked me up and threw me over his shoulder than jumped into the pool a couple yards away. I screamed, and then just laughed after resurfacing. All the other boys jumped in too, and I thanked god I wore a bikini under my shirt that would have otherwise been see through. And my white shorts. Sometimes I praise myself for having sensibility. I pulled myself out of the pool, and laughed well getting the towel boy to give me a towel. The towel I was using would have been small for a normal person, but it was big for me. That's when Skylar came back and questioned my being soaked. After I explained she yelled at me to party it up with them before I lost a good opportunity, and I did a standing full into the pool. They boys cheered and I laughed. They made me feel carefree. I liked that about them.
