Hey there. How are you? Can I request a Alex Gaskarth imagine? Where the band plays at a festival, the reader is in the crowd, but she isn't a fan. She just wants to have a good time and Alex sees her after their show and they talk the whole night and they have a good time. The next day Alex and the band have a free day and they spend the day with the reader and her friends and enjoy a 'normal' day. In the end Alex wants to keep in contact with her and offers her a job as their merch girl. Thanks

AN Requested by tumblr user: my-anti-romance So I've written in this style before, I actually really like it, but only once. It's in second person so I can convey both people's feelings at the same time. I would do third person, but sometimes that feels a little impersonal, and also I like to experiment with this. The first time I did this style was with a Michael Clifford imagine on my 5sos ones. Sorry I didn't do it last night, I passed out while writing this. But I finished when I woke up, so here! I hope you like it xx

Second Person

You're standing in the middle of a crowd at the Warped Tour festival. You came here mostly to hear the music and to bond with the people you know. You just want to have a good time really. You hear a bunch of girls scream, so you wander over to check it out. You're not too far back, and you're not so close that you'll get trampled. You wonder what all the fuss is about.

You notice someone near you bobbing their head to the music, so you decide to ask them. "Who is this?" You nudged them lightly with your arm.

They gave you a warm welcoming smile, eager to share their knowledge with you. "All Time Low," they respond. You nod, accepting the response.

    "They're good."

You bob along to the music, noticing that the guys on that stage are all relatively attractive. Scratch that, extremely attractive. You're noticing the lead singer shoot his gaze towards you and give you an eyebrow raise. This questions you, but you remain calm, it was barely noticeable anyway.

But Alex Gaskarth, lead singer of said band, thinks otherwise. Here's this girl out in that crowd. This beautiful girl that he can't help but want to get to know. He's so eager to just speak to her. She's got a good head on her shoulders, he notices, and he is also happy that if he did decide to speak to her she wouldn't cry or scream. It got tiresome after a while, having all these girls scream at you. But Alex would never give up what he loves.

After the show, Alex wanders over to you. He wants to get to know you, to talk to you. So he meets you by the bar. He stretches himself up on his seat, making himself comfortable and clears his throat rather loudly, causing you to snap your gaze to him.

"Did you enjoy the show?" he asks you. He's got a hint of an accent, but it's not noticeable. Not at first. Not until you had been drunk on his every word later into the night.

"Yeah, actually. You guys are really good." You smile at him politely. A rockstar coming out of their tent to speak with one of the common folk? That's almost unheard of. But you have a lot to learn about Alex Gaskarth.

"Thanks," he smiled at you, taking in your appearance. If he had to describe you, he'd surely be at loss for words, even though he was fairly good with them. Alex isn't known for his overwhelming confidence. "So what's your name, pretty girl?"

Your face flushed with his compliment, making you upset and uneasy. It wasn't a bad upset. Just the kind that caused your palms to sweat in anxiousness. "Y/N," you reply, your voice cracking slightly. You hoped to God that he didn't notice it.

But he did. Alex was fully aware of the effect that he had on you. He was trying his best to be a gentleman, but he can be intimidating when he comes up to speak to you. "I'm Alex," he smirked, raising his eyebrows at you.
