Shawn's POV

I woke up at around 10:30am hearing my phone go off with a message from Taylor

Taylor - remember to meet me today at 12 please:)xx

I'm kinda nervous about meeting him after last time but I'm going to let him explain why he did what he did. I mean yeah I'm still really upset about it but maybe he had a perfectly good reason.. maybe.

seeing the time, I got out of bed and decided to go for just a quick shower. I got out putting on black skinny jeans with a plain white shirt and just some random flannel. I dried and styled my hair then just sat scrolling through my social media until it was time to leave.

at around 11:45 I left my house making my way over to Starbucks.

I walked inside looking around finding Taylor sat in the exact same seat as last time.

Taylor's POV

hearing the door open I looked over to see Shawn walking in. He looked at me and slowly started making his way over pulling out a chair and sitting down across from me.

"Hey" I whispered looking up at him. Hearing no reply I just continued. "Look Shawn, I know I was a complete dick to you but I.." I didn't have enough time to finish my sentence as I was cut off by Shawn.

"You were way more than a dick to me Taylor" Shawn whispered "You made my life a living hell."

"I know. I just really, really like you Shawn and I didn't know how to deal with it. you're the only person that knows I'm gay. If I told my friends they would hate me."

"Well then maybe their just not your true friends."

"I guess.."

"Do you want to go out for a walk or something?" I asked him. "Yeah, that would be nice" Shawn replied with a big smile on his face.

I stood up and grabbed his hand walking out of Starbucks.

We had a great time. We went for a walk down by the park then we just sat on the swings and talked about anything. It was like we had always been friends and like I hadn't always been so mean to him.. I liked it.. I really, really liked it.
