Mom Moments

Moms. You gotta love them. But there are sometimes when they can be such a pain and I'm saying this in the nicest way possible. I thought of some moments and I hope you guys can relate.

- When your mom spends 2 hours in the supermarket because she compares the products and stops to talk to all her friends that "she hasn't seen in ages."

- When your mom wants to hold your hand in public even if you're old enough not to.

I sometimes hold her hand, it doesn't bother me.

- That moment when your mom tells all your relatives your business.

- That moment when you hear your mom talking poop about you on the phone.

- When your mom forces you to talk to your relatives on the phone.

- When you see 6 miscalls from your mom and start panicking.

- When your mom comes home and all the chill flies out of the house because she starts shouting.

- That moment when you text your mom and she leaves it on seen. 

^^ All the time.

- When you ask your mom what's for dinner and she goes on a "I do all the work in this house" rant.

- That moment when you ask your mom a simple question and she shouts at you.

- When your mom calls you for dinner but it's not even ready yet.

- When your friends/partner are/is over but then your mom decides to embarrass you or starts shouting at you. 

- That moment when you're studying but decide to take a break and your mom decides to check on you and starts shouting at you for not studying.

- That moment when you're excited by/proud of something and you show your mom and she doesn't care.

She could pretend to be happy for me but nooo, she has to be a buzz kill.

- That moment when your mom wakes you up in the morning.

- When your mom complains about the state of your room.

- When your mom criticizes everything you do/wear.

- When your mom makes you do a lot of chores and still call you lazy.

- That moment when your mom kisses you and her lipstick stains your cheek.

- That moment when your mom doesn't cook for the entire day.

- When your mom takes forever to get ready but then complains about being late.

Yes,  moms can get on our nerves but at the end of the day they're our moms and we have to love them. If you don't have a mom then I'm sorry if this makes you sad.
