"One kids berry berry milkshake and one cookie dough milkshake." I say placing the orders on the table.

"Is there anything else I can get you?" I ask.

"No dear, that'd be all." The women said. I gave her a smile and winked at the little girl who giggled. It's currently seven at night and people are ordering desert and dinner. Riley and Farkle left at six like normally and I stayed the extra sift.

It's been a week since I've seen golden boy. Also know as Lucas Friar. He doesn't really show his face around school to me, lucky for him and me. But I recently found out we have P.E. together so that's always fun. Not my obvious sarcasm.

Than the bell to the door rang followed by a serval voices.

"Missy! It's your turn!" I yell. I've told you about Missy right? Well she was a total bitch in middle school but he definitely has changed for the better. Of course we still have our fights, that's why we are frenemies.

"Can you get this one, Billy and I just broke up and it will be awkward." Missy pleaded. I swear Billy and Missy's relationship has to be the confusing relationship ever. One second they are dating, the next they're not. One minute they are kissing passionately in the hallway, the next she is on his back trying to pull his hair out. Hey it's happened.

I look up to see Billy and his baseball and football friends with a couple of little dressed cheerleaders walk in. Someone was in the middle but I didn't see him/her, so I didn't care.

But I did care about one person there, Bryan Crossworth. The most beautiful and kind man to ever talk this planet earth. He looked at me and gave me the silent what's up head nod. I just waved and made myself stand upright by holding myself up.

"Fine. The things I'll do to make things as normal and not awkward." I say picking up what looks like twelve menus. Missy sighs in the back and goes back to reading her magazine and not working. She gets paid and I don't.

"I don't think that makes sense." Missy says. I just let out a snort and walk to the back booth.

"Hey I'm Maya I'll be your server today. Can I start you guys off with something to drink?" I ask with my face glued to my notepad. I couldn't look Bryan face to face without blushing. Call it a crush but I prefer to call it a minor liking.

"We're actually waiting for someone." I cheerleader named Addie said. I nod and look around to count the people packed into the booth.

"Ok, so you want to wait to order your drinks?" I ask in confusion.

"Oh no, when he comes, can you direct him to our table Maya?" Addie asked.

"Yeah sure. So drinks?" I ask. Most of the girls order water but Addie, she ordered a milkshake. I couldn't help but smile as the disgusted looks she got.

"I'll be right back." I say walking away.

"Hey was that Addie?" Missy ask as soon as I walk past her.

"Yeah why?" I ask getting the drinks ready.

"Oh, I thought she'd be hiding in her room crying." Missy said turning her attention back to her nails.

"Why?" I ask making the milkshake.

"You know Kota right? Well today, she told everyone that Addie is abused by her parents and is a alcoholic AND is a slut." Missy says.

"Is it true?" I asked.

"Course not! Addie's like my sister, I would know. But people believe it and Kota put out the rumor just because Addie took her spot as cheer captain." Missy says in a disgust. What the fuck? Is this kindergarten?!

"That bitch." I mumble.

"Bitch indeed." Missy says.

"Has anyone tried to stop the rumor?"

"I tried but nothing worked. But Addie is strong. But she gets called slut and whore a lot." Missy says in a sad tone.

"I'll be back." I say grabbing a cup a steaming tea.

"Maya? Remember no fights for a month! You promised Riley." Missy said. Well I already broke the promise from the fight with Lucas so what do I have to loose.

I almost stomped over to there booth. Kota was sitting on the outside. It must be my lucky day.

I walked over next to her and said..

"Jealousy is a disease bitch. Get well soon." Once I finish talking, I spilled the hot RED tea on her private area. She let out a high pitched gasp and stood up.

"These shorts cost more than your house! Bitch!" Kota yelled at me.

"Well I'm sure your people pleaser dad can pay for new ones. Now what can I get everyone to eat?" I ask smiling at everyone.

"You're gonna wish you never did that." Kota said.

"Try me." I growl back knowing she wouldn't do anything. She just stomped away like a brat.

"So, have we made up our minds on what we want?" I ask. Addie gives me a grateful smile and mouths 'thanks'. I just wink at her.

Than I hear one person clap in the back.

"Bravo C.B., bravo." A male voice says.

Well this is just great.

Sorry for the short chapter. I'm on my way to a field hockey game and I had to write in the car. Yes, I play on the filed hockey team *hair flips*. But I am on varsity.

There is going to be a guy that annoys the living hell out of me but is super hot so yay and booooo!
