~~still Lilac POV~~

I stared at Bill in Dipper. A million thoughts went racing through me at once, and I wasn't sure what to do or what to say and I ended up not doing anything. Bill-Dipper looked at me, his outstretched hand looking more awkward and rejected every second I didn't shake it. That was a human custom I was quite familiar with, was I being rude by not shaking his hand? But then again this was something that took Dipper out of his body, and, if I was remembering the past five minutes correctly, was the thing that took me. The thing that had me. Plus, let's not let myself forget that Bill-Dipper has three aura colors, which was unheard of and I didn't know what that meant for me. Not only were there threw but it was a lethal mix. Light purple, brown and a cheerful yellow. Bad, bad news for me.
Upon the thought of some sinister higher being offering to shake my hand I blinked, turned and ran out the door. Dipper's aura followed me as I stumbled on the stairs, trying to hit every step because that's what humans did.
"Wait! Lilac!" Bill-Dipper called after me, but that made me try and run faster. Oh, right, there's a party happenimg. I tried to push my way through the crowd but Bill-Dipper caught up with me.
"Lilac stop!" Bipper  (which seems easier to say, it's like a mix) grabbed my wrist. As soon as his hand touched mine I got a strange sensation. One I haven't felt in ages, eons.
I easily pulled away from his grasp and kept pushing through the crowd until I bumped into Grenda, Candy and Mabel.
"Hey Lilac!" Mabel said, holding a cup of soda. "Want to chat?"
"Possibly!" I shouted really quickly and kept running from Bipper. When I got to the door I thought I was safe, and when I stepped outside I realised I wasn't. Bipper was standing a few feet away from me, having gone outside the other way.
"What's the matter? It was just a handshake. All I want to do is meet you." He grinned like a fool.
"What are you planning to do with me?" I asked, looking at different routs I could take to escape, all of which included things that Dipper physically couldn't acomplish. Bipper laughed.
"Hopefully a lot." He said, chuckling. I struggled with this sentance, not sure what it meant.
"I ment with my shard." I clarified, keeping a firm look of my face.
"Oh! That." He said, understanding. He wiggled his fingers and, like an old fashioned magic trick, my decoy mirror started flipping through his fingers. "You can have it back. Here, come and take it." He held it out in an open hand. I studied the purple part of his aura. Light purple depicted a deceiving manner, someone who liked to manipulate and mis-lead others. I realised this was a ploy to get me physically closer. But I couldn't allow Bipper to have such a valuable thing. In the hands of any human or animal it was useless. But with that aura? I would rather watch the earth burn than let him keep my shard...which has been required before. So I stepped closer and took it from him. Like I was expecting, Bipper made a move to grab my wrist again, but I was quicker. I stepped on his foot and dashed away.
"Lilac, please! You are acting like a child!" Bipper screamed at me. "All I want is to..." But I was too far away now. I kept running. I didn't stop, I just knew I had to get away.
It wasn't until I realised I was sleepy that I stopped. I was legitimately sleepy...that was a first. I stopped running for life and everything so I could eat something. Wearily I sat at the base of a tree and started shoving any and every plant down my throat. I started to get my energy back but it still wasn't enough. I had to find something more alive, or something with a stronger chemical bond...like water.
I loved water. I loved frozen water more because the chill was amazing as it dissolved in my energy core. The electromagnetic bond between the hydrogen and the oxygen gave a lot of energy when ripped apart for proper digestion. That would definatly give me enough energy to get away, really get away. I didn't want to feel that feeling again. Never, ever, ever...again. I got up and slowly wandered in search of water. Fear of Bipper made me keep going until the sun barely began to rise. I was tired, which mean I had to eat something again. I ate pinecones, grass, weeds, flowers. It wasn't enough.
No...if I don't find something soon I'll fall asleep. And I won't be able to wake up. I must, find water!
My shards wanted to stop moving. I peeled away the bark of a tree to keep going. I noticed my pace got slower and slower.
Suddenly I heard the sound of a golf cart, like the one Dipper drives-
Oh no. I turned and looked and saw  Bipper driving like a maniac. Feeling defeat I stopped walking and pulled myself up. I stared at Bipper as he attempted to stop the cart, but instead crashed into a tree.
"Wow!" He exclaimed. "That was fantastic! I thought I was going to die!" He fell, actually fell out of the cart, and scrambled up to me.
"Why did you take Dipper's body?" I asked cooly. He grinned again and I frowned.
"You have no idea how great it is to hear you speak." He gasped with adoration. "I've been trying to talk to you for so long...ever since you arrived! I couldn't, though. Which was very frustrating until Dipper was kind enough to lend me his meat-bag so we could speak!" He gazed at me with such a loving face that I looked away after a bit and he snickered.
"So tell me, Lilac, and please be honest, tell me why I couldn't speak to you before? I know you could see me, but communication was unattainable, no matter my efforts" he blinked in that weird way, one eye before the other, and tilted his head.
      "No."
"Aw, come now, don't be like that!" Bipper exclaimed. "It's a simple question really." Bipper started walking closer to me and I started backing up. I didn't want to answer that question, or any of his questions. Bipper couldn't know too much about me. I had to do and say as little as possible until I gained enough energy to get away. I couldn't do that right now, but if I stalled eventually Dipper's family would come looking for him, and then find Bipper here and I could get away then.
"Lilac, will you answer my quesion?" Bipper asked softly, backing me up into a tree. He touched my hand and I got that sensation again. By the look on his face I could tell he got it too. That made me even more scared. He firmly gripped my hand and I violently shoved him away. He stumbled and grimanced.
"I'll take that as a no." He said, still a wide grin on his face. "Well, fine, baby steps I suppose. How about a different question, then? What...exactly was THAT?" He said with a smile. "I've never felt that feeling before, even when I was winning an ether race. That feeling is extraordinary! Almost addictive..." he trailed off and I stepped away from the tree. Screw waiting for help, I needed energy and I needed it now. Maybe I could trick Bipper into helping me.
"Bill," I said, hoping he would comply. "I don't know about you, but-"
"Oh no, don't even try it." Bipper smirked. "I know you're low on energy right now, Lilac darling dear, but I'd like to keep it that way for a bit. It's my only defense against a beautiful, terrible creature of power like you." I was struck speechless.
How did he know? Ho could he know that, about my energy, about my power? Dipper didn't tell him, did he? My current view of Dipper was skeletal. If Dipper really did tell Bill about me, there would be no mercy. Bipper laughed at me.
"You're so perfect!" He howled. "I swear this is too much, and since you don't want to answer questions then I'll tell you about me."
"I don't want to talk to you. " I said angrily, "I don't want to know anything about you! So save your stories. Just leave me."
"Now why would I do that?" Bipper asked me. "I'm not going to leave you here, all by yourself! And besides, you're not really in a position to make demands. Seeing as how you can hardly stand up by yourself." He pointed out. I growled at him, but it was true, I was leaning heavily against the tree. Bipper came close, really close, and I didn't have enough energy to push him away like last time. I could feel his breath on my eyes as he held my hand.
"I'm going to ask you again, and when I do I want you to answer. Then I will help you, alright? I just don't want you to hurt me, so this is for my own protection...can you blame me?" He chuckled. "You know what you're capable of." He whispered. I could feel him gripping my hand tightly. "Now tell me why I couldn't speak to you before."
"I...don't...have...a...mind..." I whimpered. I could feel my eyes closing on me. I slowly sunk down onto the ground, sleep closing in.
"Oh no you don't!" Bipper exclaimed, grabbing me in his arms and lifting me. He put me into the cart and somehow managed to drive the wrecked cart back the way we came. I couldn't fight it any longer. I was going to sleep...actual, permenent, sleep. My eyes shut to the darkness.
