The Tomlinson Twins [ON HOLD]

"Please wake up."

|LOUIS' POV|

As I open the door the mixture of scared and happiness is going through my head. I see Ivette lying on the hospital bed. She's so pale, I would now she goes have a nice tan. I set the flowers on the table next to her so she can see them when as wakes up.

"Is that her?" Lex asked.

"Mhm." I smile.

"Do you wanna see your brother? I saw his profile card across the room."

She nods running off into her brothers hospital room. I close the door behind her and sit on the chair looking at her.

"Ivette please wake up, I didn't meant for you to be in a comma. I just want you to wake up, please." I say, feeling tears slipping out of my hands.

I feel her hand, so soft yet a little cold.

"Please wake up." I say kissing the temple of her hand.

"Sir how's everything?" The doctor says coming in.

"F-fine." I stutter.

"When will she wake up?"

"Well we took some test, maybe by tomorrow or today, or in a week son."

I smile at the today part, I really hope she can wake up soon enough.

"What's your name son?"

"Louis Tomlinson."

He smirks, "Is that your girlfriend? That's why you're so worried about her?"

"Well I love her, but how can I get a girl like her when I'm Louis famous guy from One Direction Tomlinson. She just wants a normal life, so I'm gonna give her that by not asking her out."

"But if you love her son, might as well." He says looking at me straight in the eye, which made me sort of uncomfortable.

I nod my head slowly agreeing, he had a point there: if I loved her, I'll never know if she loves me back.

"We're hoping she'll wake up today, the concussion wasn't very bad, but what's bad is that her memory might not come back. Tell me what happened to her?"

I can't tell a doctor about William, it'll ruin my fame ,but the fans. I could care less about me, they changed me.

"We were playing football and I throw the foot ball straight at her head on accident and well she knocked out, but she woke up fine. Moment later her head started to hurt and began to bleed and well y'know the rest."

He nodded his head exiting and closing the door behind him.

"Ivette I'm sorry, you are right, I do have a twin brother his name is William. This is all our fault I should have known he was going to be there, he was the one who asked for sugar when it was our first time moving in. William has a normal life except he looks just like me and it confusing people mostly the boys. We trick fans, trick the boys, an trick you but I went too far, I'm so so so sorry, I love you please forgive me." I say shaking and holding her hand.

"I know..." She mumbles still asleep or in a comma at this point I don't know , the only thing that matters is that she's awake.
