Walking into Walmart, I feel creepy old guys staring at me, sucking me in, breathing my very soul. I hated this part of town, but I could do anything for Andy.
Searching down the rows and rows of different dog foods.
Finding the one I had seen only a day before, I grab Blue Diamond, special dog food. It reaked of horrible smells, but Andy liked it, so I figured he liked the smell. What a weird dog.
Not even blinking an eye, I pull out 20 bucks from my wallet to the cash register. I was used to paying extra ordinary amounts for Andy, my golden retriever's, food. He was very picky.
Now, before you say I'm a dog freak, I have reasons for caring about a dog so much. It's just that, no body but me knows them.
Stalking out of the horrible Walmart building, I rush to the car. In it, was my dad and my older sister. Steal My Girl by One Direction was playing and I could hear it even from the outside of the car. Opening the door though, I felt like my mom could hear it all the back home.
Quickly shutting the door and buckling my seatbelt where I sat in the back, I cover my ears but I could srill hear the chorus blead through my straining hands.
Everybody wanna steal my girl!
Everybody wanna take her heart away,
Couple billion in the whole whole wide world,
Find another one 'cuz she belongs to me!
Their voice's blend together and goes on to repeat the chorus. I listen to the lyrics and soon the song was over. Going onto a different song, I think it was Like That by Jack and Jack but I wasn't sure, because my sister turned it the music down and I was still covering my ears. Taylor Swift was more my style.
As the car screeched to a stop, the heavy dog food bag felt like nothing as Andy rushed out of the house.
Falling onto the grass in our front yard, Andy tackles me with a huge round of slobbery kisses. "A-Andy!" I scream out inbetween giggles, "s-stop!"
I finally get him off of me and he trails behind me in anticipation, watching the dog food with a look on his face that read: Yum, dinner! He was huge eater. Obviously.
I reach for my phone out of my butt pocket, I text Matt, my boyfriend, with one hand as I pour Andy some food.
Me:
Hey, where R u?While waiting for his answer, I grab a glass of water and head up to my room. My queen bed was super comfortable and I easily got comfy as I nestled into my temperpetic pillow.
Boy Man:
I'm at home chillin u?Me:
Just was at the store.Really Hanna? That's so not cool!
Even though me and Matt had been dating for almost a year, I still felt like he was way better than me, and one he was going to realise that. But for the most part I'm pretty comfortable around him.
Boy Man:
Let me guess . . . Andy?Me:
How did u know?Boy Man:
Um, when else do you get
Ur lazy ass up? c(:I laugh and think of a good reply. Thinking of none, I deside the old go-to.
Me:
Come over. I miss uBoy Man:
U always miss me.Boy Man:
CominI can imagine Ayla my best friend shaking her head at Matt. HE DOUBLE TEXTED YOU! She would scream. She's one of those people that were like that. If she saw a black cat, she would lock herself in her room for a week, so she can't ger hurt or have bad luck.
