How to be a Tumblr Girl


#1: The Body


Have you ever seen those fit girls on tumblr and wanted a body like that? Because I defiantly have. If so, you have come to the right place! So if you want to lose a few pounds, keep reading!


Step 1:

First step to success is to get motivated! What I do is google images of 'tumblr body goals' and 'tumblr weight loss'. Seeing the difference from people then to now really gets me motivated!


Step 2:

Okay, so now should figure out a workout routine! So when I do my workout, I just wanna get it over and done with so I go all out and make it intense so after I feel like I just ran around the world twice! hehe. I suggest you do the same thing because you will see results faster and get a better result. Below I put a workout routine with some extras that are optional so use them if you please!



Workout Monday and Thursday

50 Jumping Jacks

30 Sit-ups

30 Squats

15 Lunges (each leg)

15 Burpees

40 sec Plank

Optional:

Arms - 20 each arm - 5 pounds (2kg)

♦ 5 min Hula-Hoop

♦ 5 min Jump Rope


✡ Then Repeat ✡

1/2 mile (800 m) Walk - don't repeat


Cool Down


30 sec Toe Touch

On Wednesdays, I do dance for 1 1/2 hrs.

I do 1 hr of Jazz/Hip-Hop and 30 mins of Tap so that's my workout for Wednesday

☁ Run/Jog a mile or more

☁ 30 Squats

☁ 50 Jumping Jacks

☁ 20 Push-ups

☁ 30 sec Plank

☁ 30 Lunges


Optional:

Around 32ft (10 m) Knee High Walks

20 Russian Twists
