Lumabas ako ng Hampton Inn at naghanap ako ng malapit na shop and I found a gift shop and went in.

"hi, can I help you with something?" tanong nung matandang babae.

"uhm, yes please, I am looking for, uhm..something that I can give to my friends"

"ahh, I have something like that," sabi niya, "come" then I followed her sa isang corner ng shop, "these are our best sellers here" sabi niya sabay turo nung mga pink na bracelets and I snorted.

"I'm sorry ma'am, but my friends are guys" sabi ko.

"ohh, I see, then you should give them these" sabi niya and showed me brown bracelets na may tatak na 'Bestfriends' at sa taas niya is the eternity sign and I was like "OMG! I'll get 31 of these please and 3 of those pink??"

"wow! You have tons of friends!" sabi nung old lady sabay tawa.

"oh, on the second thought, can I get 6 of those black ones?"

"sure thing, so I guess the 6 of them are the most special, huh?" tanong niya.

"you have no idea" sabi ko then binalot niya yung mga bracelets.

"Here you go, I think your friends will love them" sabi niya and I said my thanks to her tapos lumabas ako sa shop habang nilalagay yung paper bag sa bag then suddenly.

"whoah miss, you better look at where you are going" sabi ng nasa harap ko na muntik ko ng makabangga.

"oops! I'm so sorry!" sabi ko.

"that's alright, no harm done" sabi niya habang nakataas yung hawak niyang box.

"there you are! where have you been?" tanong nung matanda sa lalakeng nasa harap ko, I think he's in his 20's or something.

"I went out to get you a cake grandma" sabi niya with a cute smile tapos inilapag niya yung box sa counter.

"you sweet little thing" sabi nung matanda sabay bukas sa cake, "I'll put this in the fridge so we could eat it together later" at tumalikod siya saka pumasok sa isang door.

Bakit ba di pa ako lumabas?

"hey wait!" tawag nung lalaki nung nakaapak na ako sa labas then I turned around.

"what's your name?" tanong niya.

"mm, I don't give my names to strangers, sorry" sabi ko tapos tumalikod uli ako.

"I'm Bryce" sabi niya tapos tumigil ako sa paglakad then dahan dahan ko siyang nilingon.

"what..did you say your name again?" tanong ko tapos lumapit siya sa akin with a proud grin. Infairness to all fairness, he's cute. Blonde guys are cute, but they're freaking tall, mas matangkad pa siya kay Bryce, uhm, si Bryce Cooper.

"My name's Bryce, what's yours?" tanong niya.

"what a small freaking world" bulong ko, "I'm Allexa" sabi ko and I offered my hand to him but he just stared at me na parang nagulat siya, "are..you okay?" tanong ko.

"your name's..Allexa?" tanong niya.

"technically..no, because that is just a shortcut for Allexandria" sabi ko then parang nakahinga siya ng maluwag saka he chuckled.

"I'm sorry, my..my ex's name is Allexa" sabi niya.

"no way" sabi ko and he nodded, "my..friend's name is Bryce"

"so that's why you turned around" sabi niya and I smiled, "where are you heading at?" tanong niya.

"I'm planning to go to the beach, I like beaches. But I think I will just go there when my friends wake up" sabi ko and I started to walk away pero pinantayan niya ang lakad ko.
