JJ

I woke up without opening my eyes. I kept hearing a constant beeping and a pressure on my hand and right after sniffling.
"I don't know how to tell you this but I love you and I know you can't hear me but...its worth a shot.",I opened my eyes and realized Noni holding my hand and her mom was behind her.
"I love you too.",she looked at me and hugged me tightly causing me to cough and Groan in pain.
Her dad limped in the room and I instantly got stiff.
I knew why he was limping.

NONI

I'm So happy my baby woke up.
"Bae I'm so happy you awake!!",I said hugging him again but he was staring behind me and stiff as fuck.
I turned around and saw my dad limping in the room and got instantly happy because he too was in a coma. When I tell you his has been the worst three days of my life, I mean that shit. And I haven't even been to school in three damn days. People been blowing my shit the fuck up too and JJ phone but since he currently not my boyfriend I never checked it.
"I missed you dad", I said snuggling closer to him.
"You too sweety, could you give me and. JJ a minute.",he said glancing between me and mom.
My mother looked confused and she grabbed my hand and took me into the waiting room where we sat in silence.

JOHN

I watched them both leave and after making sure they were completely out of the door I turned my attention to JJ wanting to beat his ass.
"So",I said sitting down,"I'm pretty sure you the one that did this.",I said remembering that evening.

FLASHBACK

"Yea bae I think we should buy this house.",I said glancing at her as she smiled. I knew she loved the house, and thats good because we need to move asap. Some up and coming drug dealer got beef with us because we wouldnt invest in their buisness. Mr.J or Mr.K some basic shit like that. After I denied him he said be careful of Brenda. And of course imma move my baby.
"We'll take it.",she said pulling out loads of cash.
I smiled, my baby truly a hustler.
The realtor said some shit and I let my wife handle it and began walking back to the car when I saw a black car roll down the window and pull out a gun.
In the backseat was JJ.
I felt a bullet graze my head and I blacked out.

END FLASHBACK

"Yeah...I tried to stop them but I can't go against my father.",my eyes widened at his sentence.
"Stay away from My family especially Noni or I'm beating your ass.",I walked away as Isaw him become frustrated.
"Sign me out.",I said as I walked passed Noni and Wifey.

MR.J

"Get my son out. I don't give a fuck if he well or not.",I said rushing out of my office and to my car.
I had to see the new house the Smith family was buying, and I'd use my son for a little help.
I laughed as I got in my car drove to the preschool.

MR.ROBERTS

I was a little worried because Noni hasn't been to school in three days.
I walked in my house and started packing. I knew we had to move and quickly.
"Aye man you want me to get Jasmin?",I nodded as he grabbed my car keys and left.
30 Minutes later

I wiped the sweat off of my forehead as I put another box in my car.
My phone vibrated in my pocket and I answered without looking.
"Who?",I said walking back to my now empty house,except for furniture.
"Uh...did Jasmin go to pre-k today?",Rico said.
My heart dropped,"yeah why the fuck happened.",I said pausing in my tracks.
"...somebody signed her out before I got here. Said they was her uncle."
I gained a confused face.
"I know who did this shit.",I said getting angrier.
"Who?",as soon as Rico said that I heard my glass sliding door in the back shatter and footsteps through the back.
I ran to the back forgetting to hang up and saw a brick on the floor of my house near the shattered glass and a note attached to it.
Work for me,or never see Jasmin again.
"Mr.J",I said and I heard Rico say something but hung up.
I got in my car and sped all the way to the trap and bust the door down.
