AN- I think this story might get a bit naughty but I'm not sure yet. I'll warn you if a chapter is about to get heated.

With my back pressed against the brick wall at the side of the ally I watch the proceedings like a hawk. Two groups of men stand facing each other a meter between them. All the men are muscular clearly not the types you'd want to run into whilst down a dark ally. The group to the left are the larger group with ten men waiting patiently their eyes not leaving the group in front of them. To the right five men stand appearing bored, however, they are all on a knifes edge waiting to attack.

This is a rather historic event that I have the privilege of watching. Around this city there are two rival gangs both notorious for being ruthless in their attempts to destroy the other. The Vipers were known for being infamous loan sharks as well as drug dealers they owned nearly every casino and strip club in the city and the underground fighting rings as well. They're called The Vipers for a reason each and everyone of their members is a snake they prey on the vulnerable and the weak in order to acquire money and power.

On the other hand is The Knights a gang of purely skilled fighters. They own every club and restaurant in the city; they run the weapons in this city and have full control over the street racing not to mention the prostitutes. Unlike their rivals The Knights tend to stick with making money from the scum of this city. For as long as anyone can remember these two gangs have been at war.

Although within the last year The Vipers had a regime change. Their old leader was murdered by their new one in a successful take over attempt. I can't say anyone mourned his loss. Martin Tate was a vile creature he'd become The Vipers leader after slaughtering his predecessor and any other competition that could possibly have stood in his way. Under his rule The Vipers became not just the stuff of legend but also the stuff of nightmares. They sold anything they could alcohol, drugs, people... it's said he even went as far as to brand his possessions. So it wasn't a shock when the news of his death surfaced. However, finding out that it had been his own son Eli Tate now that came as a shock. I guess it's true what they say like father like son.

After their new leader took over The Vipers became more controlled. They clashed less and less with The Knights sticking mainly to the left side of the city. So here we stand a year later with a few members of the two gangs standing of against each other making history.

That's where I come in still leaning against the wall closer to the five men but clearly separate from them. Being part of The Knights wasn't easy at the best of times. We'd agreed to meet The Vipers leader in order to discuss a treaty of some kind. Knowing it could be a trap we'd brought a few of our best fighters meaning there were six of us. Not that I would move from my position unless I had to.

My gaze wanders over to Percy his messy red hair glinting in the moonlight. Even from here I can tell he's tense his blue eyes are full of unleashed anger no doubt he's itching for a fight. Out of all us here he's probably the second least muscular although he's toned its not as noticeable as some of the people here. Standing at less than 6" he's still one of tallest if that's any sort of achievement for him. Wearing a light blue shirt that's a size too small in order to give the appearance of muscles. With his designer jeans and vans you'd think he was going to party.

Next to him stands Rain looking a lot more intimidating although he's the same height. With the permanent scowl that's always etched on his face Rain keeps his head up his brown eyes full of hatred for the world. Rain is the eldest looking of all of us with his stubble and messy dark blonde hair he looks more like a wolf than a man. The sweat pants and wife beater with white trainers he's wearing adds to the whole wild animal image.
