Hey sorry the last chapter was so short. Haven't been feeling the hottest these last few days.
So today was the day where me and Shawn got to find out what gender the baby is. I was so excited I couldn't contain it. I was wobbling around the house trying to see if that would make time go any faster. Shawn opened the door from his interview and I practically ran out the door. We got to the doctor and they called our names.
"Jordyn Mendes the doctor is ready to see you."
"Okay babe are you ready for this?"I ask Shawn
"Yes I am."
I got on the table and they put the jelly on my stomach they then found the baby and showed me and Shawn. The tears in his eyes were adorable you could tell he was ready to be a father.
"So Jordyn do you want to know the gender?"
"Yes I would love to."
"It's a boy."
I looked over at Shawn crying tears of joy and he gave me a hug. I was so happy to be a mother especially be a mother to Shawn's kid. We left the hospital and I called Kaylee and grace. After that I called Aaron to tell him the news.
"Shawn we are having a baby."
"I realized that honey."
"Your going to be the best father."
"And your going to be the best mother."
So after that we took showers and watched tv. We realized we wouldn't get to be like normal people our age anymore, we were going to have to dial it down a bit and really take care of him. So we cuddled and I listened to his heartbeat while Shawn kept his hand on my stomach. It felt so right having him with me all the time and God was I happy.
The rest of the night I kept thinking about names for the baby but I couldn't figure out the one. Oh well I guess it will come with time.
