It's been a year since Motough had hit the ballroom. Bethany missed him so much. Derek could say the same. He fell in love with her but never had the courage to tell her so. So when Bethany had come to LA Derek had his hopes up that they would have a chance to talk and he could tell her. He texted her in hopes that she would agree to meet him at Starbucks. She said yes and that made the blonde happy.

Bethany had gotten there early which was no surprise. He finally walked in and ordered something for himself. He finally sat down "Hey Beth" She smiled "Hey Derek I missed you!" He smiled brightly "Me too". Bethany took a drink "So did you have a specific reason for us to meet up?" Derek pause and took a deep breath "Yes in fact there was. Babe I don't know about a lot in life. I love you and that's all I really know." Bethany started to freak out mentally. It was her favorite Taylor swift song she smiled "It's a love story baby just say yes."
