Harry's POV
I shoved one out of many tarnished keys into the lock of the shop's front door, pushing it open with a little force. Stepping inside, I dropped my bags to the ground and inhaled the wonderful scent of damp soil and budding flowers; heightening my spirits and reminding me that finally, I was home.
A few rustling noises were heard before Austin, one of my best mates, peered his head around the corner with a wide smile, "H! You're home!"
I grinned and waved at him, "Yeah, I am. Came back to make sure you didn't kill any of my livestock," I winked, wandering over to where he was sprinkling some fresh water over a seedling.
He laughed and nudged my side with his hip, his eyes rolling in the process, "You know I wouldn't. I hate plants, but not that much."
A soft laugh fell from my lips just when the front bell rang; signalling that someone had entered the shop. I twirled around on my feet and stepped out from behind the wall, eyes landing on a very tired looking Louis.
"Lou?" I questioned, nearing closer to him despite just spending two weeks in another country and six hours on a plane with that absolute idiot of a man.
"You forgot your scrunchie," he noted, eyes drifting over to Austin, "Who's this?"
Wrapping a secure arm around Lou's defined waist, I pressed a delicate kiss to that soft spot of skin just below his ear, "This is Austin, one of my friends," I murmured, grinning devilishly, "And yes, just a friend."
He glared up at me while his arms crossed like a pouty three year old, "We're just friends, Harry."
"I beg to differ," I winked before taking the scrunchie from his hands and twirling around him.
The older man broke his serious expression and he laughed, rolling his eyes at such childish acts, "I know you beg, but it's not to differ, my love--"
"Oii!" Austin called out, wiping his hands on his saggy jeans and making a disgusted face, "I've heard enough of you two horrible, teenagers with crushes."
In unison, both Louis and I frowned before barking out a flustered are not. The fact that we had mirrored in actions and words only proved Austins case, and he tossed his hands up as he made his way towards the door, "Catch you later, H. Have fun with pretty boy."
My cheeks flushed a light pink as Louis scowled towards him, his attention turning towards me after a minute or so, "Anyways," he grumbled, getting closer to me until he could easily walk his dainty fingers up my chest, "I guess it's back to being the flower boy, yeah, sweet cheeks?"
I laughed softly and stumbled back until my hips hit the edge of the table that a few flower pots were currently resting on, "I expect you'll still visit me?"
Louis' pretty pink lips quirked into a smirk and he leant up on his very tip toes to press a kiss to my jaw, "I will," he whispered, "I also have a proposal for you."
"Oh?" I hummed, hands going to rest on Lou's curvy hips when they carelessly swayed back and forth against my own, "What's that?"
"My mother and sisters are coming to visit and I don't think I'll survive without your cheekiness to avoid the awkward silences," he grinned sheepishly.
I could feel my cheeks heating up, staring at him with slightly squinted eyes, "Are you taking me to meet your family, Mr. Tomlinson?"
Louis flashed me a wide smile, moving his hips against mine to pull a soft groan from my lips, "I am, unless you have other thoughts?"
I dipped my head back as his lips ghosted over my neck, and I laughed breathlessly when his hands caressed my love handles, "I don't think greeting your family with a boner is a very good idea."
