No, I mean it with all my heart and... Ugh." I say and break down yet again.

After a few minutes of waiting the doctor comes in and says
"Grace is..."

Niall's POV

The doctor comes in and says "Grace... Is in a coma."
"What how!? I say getting out of my seat.
The doctor sighs
"Something happened to were four of her ribs are broke. She also has a concussion."

I wipe the tears away " So her concussion is why she's in the coma?"
"Yes and No. She also had a punctured lung. Your lucky you found her when you did Mr. Horan or else she wouldn't be here." He explains to us.
"Can we see her?" I ask my voice slightly cracking at the end.
"Yes. Room 312, I'll be in there in a few minutes to check on her." He explains.

Right when he gets done with what he was saying I quickly sprint to her room with the boys fallowing me. I stop in the doorway and the guys bump into me. She looked so vulnerable.

I ran up to her and took her hand in mine, "Grace, I know you can't hear me but  you are my best friend and I don't know what I would do if I lost you. So please fight with all the power you have." I say.

Liam then walked up to me a patted my shoulder my shoulder. "Grace, we need you to wake up soon were leaving in two weeks, and I want to be able to goodbye, or even take you with us. You could even meet 5 seconds of summer because there coming on tour with us!" Liam says trying to lighten the mood. We then all just sit there quietly and I occasionally hear sniffles.

Grace's POV

All I saw was black, then I felt like I was being up. I then saw a lady.
"Mom?" I asked.
"Yes sweetie, I'm surprised you recognized me." She say.
"I've seen picture, but I thought you were dead?" I ask.

"I am honey." She says calmly as if nothing bothered her.
"Then we're am I?" I asked starting to get nervous.
"You are in heaven, but you have to make a choice. Either you can stay here or go back to Niall and Perrie and your brother." She explains.

Wow did I just hear brother. "Wait, what? I have a brother? How have I never met him?"
"I can't answers those question, you will soon find all the answers but you need to make a choice." She says.
I love everybody down there, but I can't take the bullying anymore I think.

"I cho-" but I get cut off by a voice... Niall?
"Grace, I know you can't hear me but you are my best friend and I don't know what I would do if I lost you. So I need you to fight will all the power you have." He said slightly crying.

Did he really mean that? No he can't were just friends he would be fine is I stayed with my mom. Or would he? I thought to myself.

Then I heard Liam talking and that what made me crack I have to go back.
"I choose to go back." I say quickly. "I love you so much mom." I say while  giving her a huge.

Then everything goes black.
