I was walking to school. I wasn't with Kevin yesterday so my mom beat the crap outta me. I hurt her maybe two or three times but she won. Because of the cuts and bruises she gave me I was wearing a long leave sweater and skinny jeans with my red hightops. I saw the school came into view. I was still pissed at Kevin. He must had called me a millon times. But I ignored him. I reached into my pocket to check the time but my phone wasn't there. I must have left it. My mom maybe searched it. I've been talking to dad for weeks now!!! She'll kill me. A car came up to me and the window rolled down to show a young man driving.
"Hey want a ride?"
I reconized him as one of Kevin's friends. GOD doesn't he give up.
"Yeah sure"
I hopped in the back and closed the door. He turned and looked at me with sorrowful eyes.
"I'm dreadfully sorry please don't hate me"
"What are you-"
He jumped out the car and locked the car doors with the lock. What the hell was going?!?!
"Hello Madi"
MY MOM. She had a knife twirling in her hand. That kid set me up!!
"How's daddy?"
"I don't know"
She looked even angrier. She lunged at me and plunged the knife in my stomach. I let out a piercing scream as it dug into my skin. I could feel the liquid rolling down my stomach.
"Maybe you'll stop talking to him now"
She opened the door and pushed me out. She sped off in the other direction. I was starting to feel whoozy. I looked down at my wound. Blood was changing the colour of my jacket. I tried getting up but failed. I heard footsteps and the person gasped.
"Madison?!?"
Kevin's voice rung in my ears. I felt hands lift me up and he was now running and cursing under his breath. Soon enough I drifted off into the darkness.......
