Chapter Five

Jackie
I looked at the clock my shift is finally over. Now I can go home relax and spend time with my daughter. I remembered to grab a blueberry muffin for Aubrey since she really does love them. I walked out of Starbucks and soon it started to rain. I quickly ran to my car and opened the door and got in. I started the car as I was about to drive away I heard a knock on my window. I unlocked the car and my friend Autumn got inside.

"Jackie can you give me a ride home?" She asked.

"Sure" I said. She gave me her address then I headed over to her house.

"How's Aubrey" She asked.

"Great" I said. I turned in a street then saw her house number. I parked in front of Autumn's house.

"Thank you for driving me and I am sorry for making you bring me" She said.

"No it's fine" I said.

"Thanks again and tell Aubrey I said hello" She said. I nodded.

"I will" I said. She opened the car door and waved at me and I waved back. I started my car and began to walk away.

Eleanor
I looked as Aubrey was having fun playing around with her dad although he doesn't even know that Aubrey is his daughter. He still is confused on why Aubrey called him daddy.

"I'm sorry Eleanor but I have to go" Niall said as he got up.

"Niall you can go" I said.

"I don't even know what's going on since you don't tell me" He said.

"Just wait she should be here any minute" I said.

"Who are you talking about?" He asked. I heard a car pull up to the driveway.

"She's here" I said quietly as I looked over at the door and waited for Jackie to walk in.

Jackie
I took out my car keys then walked to the front of the door. I opened the door and my eyes widened. I felt as the bag with the blueberry muffin fell down. I saw Niall sitting on the couch. Niall Horan the man who dumped me for Barbara Palvin, the one who left me pregnant. Now three years later I have his little daughter.

"Jackie!" He said as he walked over to me and hugged me. My eyes widened even more. Niall let go of me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I think you have something to explain to me" He said. I looked over at Eleanor she nodded.

"Let's go upstairs" I said. He nodded. I walked upstairs and Niall followed behind me.

"Is Aubrey your daughter?" He asked. I nodded.

"And she's your daughter" I said.

"What?" He said.

"When you dumped me I found out I was one month pregnant" I said. His eyes widened.

"I want to be part of Aubrey's life" He said.

"Do you really want to see Aubrey" I asked. He nodded.

"Then you can be part of her life anyways she really loves you" I said. He smiled.

"I will come to see you tomorrow Aubrey" Niall said.

"OK, bye daddy" She said.

"Bye" He said as he hugged Aubrey then walked out the house. I closed the door and turned around and saw Eleanor. Now I need an explanation on why Niall was here.
