Chapter 9

Denver's P.O.V

He kissed me. it was like a million fireworks went off inside me. it was the best feeling ever.

But it is my first kiss. i never had a boyfriend before. my dad always beat him for touching me and thinking there the ones leaving the cuts and bruses on my arms,legs,face. when its all him. I still wonder what he's doing right this second. is he trying to find me? or is he drunk passed out on the floor. i pray that he's just drunk on the floor. i dont want to even think about him.

"Denver, whats wrong?"

"Oh, just thinking about my dad and wha-"

Oh please dont ask why. . . . .

"Why?"

Damn.

"Are you ready to hear a story about my father."

He nodded telling me to continue talking.

"You see,"

I showed him my arms first.

"Did he-"

"Do this, yes. he beats me, and somtimes Daisy and Devin. My mom died, so he said it was my fault. and he beats Daisy and Devin because he thinks they know were i run off to, and they wont tell him. Days and Devin have no idea were i run off to, i told my dad and he slapped me."

Then i showed him my scare on my cheek. it was always coverd with my hair, so no body see's it and starts asking questions.

"How can he do that? you guys did nothing wrong."

"Wait till you see my legs. now theres a story for ya" i chuckled.

"Let me see" he damanded.

"Niall, im not sure you want to-"

"Yes i want to see. " he whisperd. i could tell he's scared to see them.

I Pulled up my jeans, My legs are coverd in scares and bruses that never healed. also i bone that popped out, i could never pop it back, and it never botherd me. so i just left it.

"Oh my god. Denver. thats bad. we need to call- "

"No!"

we COULDNT call the police. he would esape. he did that 5 times already. and he found us. He cut off his hair and wore darker clothes. he would also lose or gain pounds so he would look diffrent. it worked everytime.

"And why not"

"I already tried, he escaped"

"Did you try again?"

"5Timesheescaped"

"What?"

"5 times he escaped. ive done everything. He would come out Niall. and find you. he WILL kill you. i cant let that happen to you."

"What will you do when you go back ?"

I never really though about going back. i was going to live with Alex. But then again. 9 dayd till my birthday, and i can do whatever i wanted.

"Well, im almost 18. only 9 days left. i could talk to Alexs mom to let us stay till then"

"Or you could stay with me and the lads till then. even Alex can join. Zayn will be thrilled." he said with a cheesy grin.

"I can ask. no promises though." i look down at my feet. just thinking.

Niall puts his pointer finger under my chin so i could face him.

"Your Beautiful"

I blushed and hugged him.

Finally after about an hour and 35 Minutes came Alex walks in with Daisy.

Alex's P.O.V

Daisy was getting fussy wanting Denver. so i picked her up and walked to the movie area.

"What movie Days?"

she pointed and the movie monsters inc.

Good choice.

I rented the movie and walked upstairs. hoping Niall knew what i wanted him to do.

"Were back"

"Holy shit Alex! you were gone for almost 2 hours! i though my dad found you guys!"

"Denver. calm down. he wont be able to find you. were not even close to london"

"Still, you know what he can do"

I looked at Days. she looked like she was about to cry.

"Here" i said as i gave her to Denver.

"Thanks. im sorry. i didnt mean it. i would kill mysef if i found out my father had her. "

"I undertand. its okay" i smiled and looked at Niall.

"Yes. " was all he said.

"Dear god! finally you guys are a thing. Geez. took ya long enough!" i spoke to Niall in complete happyness.

"Hey! Its hard to ask out some body that you have a crush on! "

"Not really. one time i asked out my crush. and he said yes" i said

"Then he broke up with you a day later. " laughed Denver

I gave her the death glare and turned on the movie.

Unknown P.O.V

Denvers dad was yes indeed drunk on the floor. he did go looking for Denver and the kids, but he stopped at the bar.

"I will find you kids" he spat.

"What kids?" asked Zayn. sadly for him. he didnt know it was denvers dad. Zayn went to London for some family time. but thinks got out of hand at his house, so he went for a drink at the bar.

"My Worthless daughter Denver and my kids Daisy and Devin. also her Fat ass friend Alex"

Zayns eyes widend he said he was sorry and hopes you find thems. he paid and ran out the door. he called Niall.

"Hello?"

"Niall! put Den on the phone. NOW"

"Hello? Zayn? whats wrong."

"Your father."

Denver's P.O.V

"Your father."

Said Zayn. What? how did he meet my father?

"Zayn? were did you see my dad?"

I saw Alexs eye get full of fear and worry.

"Well, i went back to London for some family stuff, but it didnt work out so i went to the bar and a men said ' I will find you kids' or somthing like that. and i asked what kids. he said your name and the kids. also Alexs name."

I was speachless. i hung up the phone and ran to the bathroom. I locked the door and put in my ear puds so Nialls, Daisys and Alexs thumping the door would drown out.

I was feeling tired so i feel asleep.

Yes, not the best chapter. but i wonder if her dad will find her. . . . . who knows.
