Just breathe, Kiana.
I took a few steps out until I was standing on the icy cold sand, waves crashing not far from my feet.
Inhale, Exhale. It's not that hard.
I pulled out my phone.
11:58.
Another big breath. You can do this.
There's only a couple more minutes....all I had do now was breathe.
Focusing on another deep breath, the air got caught in my throat. I was surprised; he looked like he came alone. Just him and a familiar stranger walked towards me in the moonlight. I tried to swallow my sobs as the familiar strangers deep blue eyes met mine.
Niall.
"Kiana." Jensen breathed, smiling.
"I'm here, now let him go." I smiled forcefully, my eyes never leaving Niall's beaten face. Both of his eyes had big black bruises around them, fresh opened cuts surrounding the dark bruises.
"If you agree to come with me." He ordered, green eyes glinting as his smirk grew.
"Don't do it!" Niall coughed, wiggling in Jensen's grip. Jensen elbowed him hard in the gut, making Niall double over in pain. I flinched as I heard the snap of the touch.
"Okay! I'll come with you! Just please, don't hurt him anymore." I cried, dropping to my knee's to help him. Niall's pleading eyes bored into mine, pressuring me to give in and leave. I shook my head, squeezing tears out as I shut my eyes.
"I love you." I whispered, standing up to face Jensen, who was still smiling down at me.
"Let him go first." I demanded, eyes glued to my broken Irish boy. I heard Jensen sigh.
"Fine. Let your body guards come and grab him, I know they're here." Jensen snorted, turning around to face the forest behind him.
"I'm not stupid, I know they wouldn't dare to ever let you come alone. But lucky for you, I brought my army as well."
About a dozen of people appeared from behind the forest line closest to Jensen. Some tall, some short, ages raging from what looked from about 13 to 19. Each one individually corrupted by Jensen's evil mind. I could feel someone breathing down my neck, and flipped around to see Louis and Zayn standing close behind me, eyes hard and fists tight. Liam and Harry were on the ground in front of me, helping poor Niall to his feet.
This plan better work.
"Before you hand Kiana over to me, just let me me warn you, I do not tolerate funny business." Jensen said sternly, nodding towards the forest again.
Darius emerged this time, with a female. They were both dragging tied up girls, kicking and whimpering as they made their way closer. My stomach felt like it dropped all the way to the sand as I realized they were dragging Ashleigh, Marie, and Alea towards us.
"Shit." I heard Louis curse behind me. I know he was probably trying to hold back the other boys-which I should've been helping with- but I just couldn't take my eyes off the girl.
She had long, brown hair, just falling past her waist. Her skin was the color of iced coffee, or more like a mocha to be exact. She was tall and lean like a model, and she moved with grace-like movements that were almost inhuman. She didn't stop with the others, but kept walking until she was besides Jensen, hands touching. Her attention was drawn to the boys grunting behind me searching them with a curious stare, until her dark chocolate eyes landed on me. I sucked in quickly, my eyes never leaving hers. All the familiarity was drained out of them; I couldn't see a trace of what I used to find everyday when I used to look into them. Wetness started to brim my eyes, and my knee's gave out as my mind finally recognized who was staring back at me.
