A/N: okay so here's the more interesting part. It's a lot different writing style then I'm used to, so if you could tell me how this chapter ended up I would love you forever :D Enjoyyyy :p
Previously: “And that Evil Bitch still has Zayn under her spell. Whatever Kiana did to Louis, didn’t affect Zayn at all. Poor Marie.” Niall scoffed, speaking for the first time. I flinched at how cold his voice was.
“Erhm.” I heard someone cough from the hallway. I turned my head to spot Liam…followed by none other than Marie.
She had her long hair tied back into a loose pony tail, and her big round eyes were red and puffy like she had been crying. I watched her take a deep breathe before beginning to speak.
“What the hell is going on here? And don’t you dare tell me some bullshit story like Zayn just did. Something weird is going on here, and I’m not leaving until I get the truth.”

Before Liam could speak, Alea interrupted him.
"She deserves to know. The truth is going to come out eventually, whether we like it or not. I know I would like to know what had happened to my boyfriend." I noticed Liam meet her eyes, and with his mouth pressed in a firm line, he nodded.
"Fine. Marie, you can stay while I explain to everyone else what we found out about Laura."
"Wait, you found out some more stuff about Laura? What about how she's controlling people?" I interjected, shocked.
"Well...we have a theory." Harry answered. He then jerked his head towards Liam's study, where I noticed him earlier studying. Louis, being the closest one to the desk, picked up the big old book that was lying open, and skipped over to hand it to Liam.
"And your theory is...?" Marie asked, looking slightly annoyed. I noticed how she didn't seem surprised to find out Laura was "controlling" people.
"Well, since Louis didn't feel anything on her, I went through some of Simon's old books, when I came across this one here. The only reason I stopped to examine it was because of the symbols on the front cover." He held up the faded brown book for the rest of us to see. The book would look very ordinary, if it wasn't for the three colorful interlocking symbols on the front. They were rocks. There was a red one, a yellow one, and last, blue.
"That looks kind of like the one Laura wears!" Marie gasped.
"That was my first thought too. So of course, I had to read the whole story, It actually very interesting I might say..." He trailed off, lost in thought.
"What's it about?" I asked, curiously.
"Well...Witches. And Magick."
"Magick?" I snorted. I heard the same response come from Louis from across the room. We both grinned at each other, and he winked.
"Just explain it to them Liam, I'm sure you know the story off by heart already." Niall smiled, but his voice still cold as ice.
"Well...yeah okay. I'll explain it to you then. "Liam muttered, blushing. He placed the book down gently on the bed, and cleared his throat before beginning his story.
"It's been told that in a little town called Pax in the early sixteen hundreds, Three beautiful sisters came to rest. The youngest, being a blonde, and very petite, went by the name Becca. The second oldest, Hanna, had long, luscious brown locks. And the oldest of the three sisters, also known as the leader, went by the name Ana. Short with fiery red hair, she was also the most power hungry."
"Being as beautiful as these sister's were, it wasn't weird that the men of the town were completely fascinated by them. They left the woman and the children of the town completely ignored. Obviously, the women didn't like that very much. So after a few weeks of the sister's arrival, the rest of the tribe ganged up and made the men believe they were demons. Said no mortal women could have looks like that. The men believed them, and they were banished."
"That had made the oldest one, Ana mad. Her other two sister were less affected by it, because they could just move to another town and see how long they lasted. It was all a game to them. And it used to be like that with Ana, until now. She was harboring a secret. There was something in that town she needed. That she couldn't leave behind. It was love."
"She couldn't tell her sister's that she had fallen in love with a human. Being a witch, it was their job to toy with human boys mind, not fall down into their level and actually fall in love with them. Witches were evil, and falling in love was a sign of weakness. So, instead of revealing the truth, she came up with a plan."
"Ana had convinced her sisters to stay and help her create a weapon to control the humans. They questioned her motives at first, but she told them that it was time to step up their game and have more power. They didn't argue after that. And that's basically how the rocks were made. Becca got the yellow one, Hanna received the blue one, and Ana had the red one. That's basically all that you really need to know...unless you want to hear the end." No one hesitated. A chorus of "Ending!" rang through the air, and Liam chuckled.
"I told you it was interesting...Anyway, back to the story."
"So Ana was finally reunited with her love Custo, and couldn't be happier. But what she didn't realize was that the more people Hanna and Becca took control over, the more power hungry they got. They started talking about taking over more land, but Ana wanted no part in it. She had what she wanted. After a while, her sister's stopped talking about their plans around her. Ana could sense a change in her sisters, a very bad one."
"One night, Ana overheard her sister's talking about how tired they were of this town, and how they needed more. How they planned to take over the world, and make humans their slaves. Ana couldn't let that happen. Not to Custo. It was Ana's fault in the first place for creating those rocks, and by doing that she had turned her sister's into monsters. It was a fault that she needed to fix."
"Ana knew that she couldn't destroy the stone, so she had to go with the second option; hide them. On the night of the full moon, Ana stole the rocks, and hid them someplace no one would dare look. She thought if she got rid of their source of power, everything would be fine. How very wrong she was. When she got back to hers and Custo's camp, she found him dead, with his throat sliced open." A little sobbing noise came out of my mouth, but Liam ignored it and went on.
"Ana was absolutely appalled by her lovers death. Hanna and Becca were waiting outside her camp, with Custo's blood painted all over them. Ana was filled with so much grief, that she threw the element of spirit at her sister, banishing from the land. Using the element of spirit had weakened her, and died beside Custo, hands interlocked." And with that Liam picked up the book again, and smiled. I hadn't noticed I was crying until Niall had handed me a Kleenex.
"Thanks." I mumbled. God I was such a wuss!
"Yeah, yeah. Ana turned good because of love and died by his side blah blah blah. You're such a girl, Kiana." Louis teased from across the room. I blew my nose and then stuck my tongue out at him.
"Well, now we know how Laura's controlling people! Why don't we just rip that little rock from her neck and destroy it? Easy peasy." I declared, disposing my snot filled tissue into the garbage beside Ashleigh and Harry.
"Not exactly 'easy, peasy.' Legend has it that only the creators or whoever they give permission to, can touch it. If someone else does without permission, or tried to destroy they die."
Before I could reply to that, Alea collapsed to the ground, screaming in pain. If she was having a vision, it must of been a very quick one, because not even five minutes after she was opening her blood shot eyes, with tears leaking down her face.
"What did you see, Hun?" Liam asked softly, clutching Alea in his lap.
"It's Ni-Niall. He's going to di-die. Tonight.." I felt my blood run cold as I focused my eyes on Niall. His face remained emotionless.
"By who? Did you see who did it, Alea?" I demanded, ripping my eyes off Niall and dropping down to her level. She nodded once and then spoke one word that changed everything.
"Zayn."
