Chapter 18

Logan p.o.v

Kira's dad stepped in between and attacked his wife. Her mother died on the spot. Then he turned towards us. I put Kira behind me and her father was looking at her.

Then her father started crying and said "it is my mistake that your mother died. She wants power. I always thought that she was just joking. But when you were younger your mother became so violent towards you."

He continued" then I came to know that she really wants power. She did not even hesitate to kill you. That's when I planned your escape. My original plan was to keep you with Logan's father but Philip came in between."

"I am happy that you are alive. Your child is going to become the most powerful werewolf in the world. Take care of your baby".

Kira stepped from behind me and hugged her father. They both started to cry. My wolf whimpered as he saw Kira crying. Then she looked at me and hugged me and started to cry.

Her father said that he need to leave so that he can bury his wife's body and when our baby will be born he will come back.

Kira didn't say anything even after her father left. She was in our bedroom. I finished some work and I went to our bedroom.

She looked at me and smiled. I kissed her forehead and sat beside her. She suddenly stared at me and asked " do you love me Logan?".

I looked at her as if she has grown two heads and said "I love you more than myself".

She giggled and said " I love you too".

Seven months later

Today is one of the most special day in my life. Today moon goddess has blessed us with a baby boy. He looks a lot like me. I am ecstatic.

Kira p.o.v

My baby is sleeping presently and he looks a lot like Logan and I am very happy.

I think back to the day when Logan kidnapped me. I am happy that he found me. Otherwise I wouldn't have been happy.

Some bad things also happened but this is life.
