I lay in bed feeling dazed and confused, "What was that all about?" I ask myself as I remember the dream. My fingertips were slowly going over something soft and smooth like silk. I wasn't paying attention to what I was touching because I was distracted by something else at the same time. I continue to lay in my bed and ponder. "Well, I'm not going to get much done just by laying here." I whisper. I've had this dream, I don't know how many times. Probably over a hundred but it just seems to get clearer and clearer each time. Which is a good thing, I guess.

I prop my self up and sit on the edge of the bed, stretching my arms out. I tie my hair in a ponytail then I reached for my comfy soft flannel robe. I get up and walk on over to my dresser to put on my sapphire necklace. It was a 24-inch chain with a wolf holding a sapphire blue ball in its mouth. I got it ages ago and it was made of pewter. I head on over to my window and draw back my curtains and open up the windows. I open up the french doors that head onto a small balcony off my bedroom. It's where I like to have my morning tea.

My maid Tiffany comes in, she's also my best friend. I took her in when her parents died in a car crash. I knew them very well, only because I went to school with them. She's 15 right now but her birthday is coming up soon. The only reason why she's my best friend is that we have similar interests. Tiffany is mature for her age, just like her mother was in some areas. Her mother was Alyssa and her husband's name was Vincent. "Morning Anna! Did you sleep well? I slept so good." Tiffany was in a cheerful mood, she must have slept really good. "Yes Tiffany, I did. I had a strange dream but other than that, I slept well thanks. Do you want to have tea with me this morning? It's all up to you, you may be a maid but I don't let you do all the work. Only some. You need to work a little to earn some money." I said to her. She smiled kindly at me and replied, "Oh no thanks Anna, I need to go to the store and grab some stuff for the house." "Well if you can wait an hour we can go together, I need to get stuff as well. I'm down to my last hair tie. I keep losing them for some odd reason." I laugh a little and she giggled. "Yeah, that sounds like a good plan to me. So what kind of tea would you like?" she asked me. I didn't know what kind of tea I wanted myself. All the teas that I have in my collection, which is 23 different kinds, it was hard to choose. "Oh, I don't know Tiff. Why don't you surprise me? I like them all, so I'm not picky. I'll go ahead and make my bed and tidy up while you get that ready." I said to her. She walked out of the bedroom to do as she was told. I smiled and shook my head, I really can't let her work for free and just hand her the money. I was always the 'you earn nothing for free' 'if you want something, you have to work for it' kind of girl. I made my bed and tidy up my room. My room was covered in clothes that I put on yesterday. I couldn't decide what I wanted to wear, it took me an hour to figure it out and then Tiffany saved my life by helping me. She's got some awesome taste for her age.
