Allen's POV:
Anna and I went to a truck rental place to grab something small but not huge. We agreed that she would drive the car and I would drive the truck. After Anna and I got to my place, I grabbed a couple of trash bags for my clothes and soft stuff. She grabbed a couple of boxes I had but unfortunately, I didn't have enough. "Anna, I'm going to make a quick run to the grocery store for some boxes. You going to be okay here?" "Yeah, I'll be fine." she said as I left and closed the door behind me.
Anna POV:
He left and I was there to help organize some things and help get rid of some trash. Allen still seemed a mystery to me. I had the moment to look in his bedroom to start getting stuff packed up and do some snooping. My eyes wandered onto his bookshelf that he had and automatically my eyes landed on the elegant looking vixen. I was starting to feel a tad jealous but I know my beauty kept. While she would age along with her looks, mine would only just be the age and my knowledge that I plan to expand even more. My heart started to ache as I wondered who she was to him. Who is this? Why is she holding him like that? Were they married? He looked so incredibly sexy and that smile of his, cheered me up because I remembered when he first smiled at me. I walked around his bedroom a little more and went into his walk-in closet to see how much clothes I would have to pack. 'That's not too bad, about four large boxes full.' I thought to myself. "Allen still has some explaining to do about this VIXEN. Why would he keep a picture of her?!" I walk into the kitchen, grab a few black trash bags and start tossing his pillows in there. I grab my cell phone out of my pocket and turn on some music to keep my mind off of worrisome thoughts. "There was a time, I thought you did everything right. NO lies, no wrong..." Beyonce was playing, had to change it ASAP. "Oooo interesting, how nice. The Boy Is Mine by Brandy and Monica. I swear if I see her when I'm with him, I'll become the most territorial vampire she has ever met and it will probably be the last time." My nails were starting to grow due to some rage I had. I carefully pulled back the comforter, the rest of the bedspread and put it in the trash bags. I look around his bedroom for more clues before he gets back. The bedside table looks like another good start, I go in there and what do I see? I see this gold wedding band that looks like it' been worn to where it doesn't look brand new anymore. Tears start to form in my eyes as I take another look at it but the tears were starting to blur my vision. 'Why couldn't he tell me he was married? Is he still married to her? Oh, I hope not. I would hate to find this out now when I'm carrying his... our child in me.' I was screaming this inside my head, afraid people might here. I close the drawer and quickly start to stack some books in the two boxes he already had in his bedroom. I also managed to pack some of the DVD collection he had. I go into his walk-in closet and my nose inhales the smell of Allen. I needed some comfort so I searched for a hoodie or something that smelled more of him than the rest. Finally, I find a hoodie and I slip it on. I quickly walk into his bathroom to take a good look at myself and I must say, wearing his clothes is my favorite thing to wear.
I hear the door open and "Anna, I'm back with some many boxes." Allen said. I walked into the kitchen and my rage came back. "Allen, you have some serious explaining to do." I said to him as I turned to walk back into his bedroom. "Who the hell is this woman? Who is she to you?" "She's my just recent ex-wife." "Just recent!? How recent? Why didn't you tell me about her before?" "About a month, I just haven't been home all that much. I didn't tell you because her and I got divorced. She cheated on me six months prior but I couldn't do anything then due to me being away on business. No, I don't have any kids with her. This is my first one." I look at him in amazement but still angry. "You should calm down beautiful, you can harm our child like that." I hate to admit it but he is right.
Allen's POV:
Anna was really mad at me that I kept that from her. I made us some tea that I kept in my place, it was nothing huge. The kitchen was small but it was only me, the tv room slash living room was a decent size but still small. My bedroom was bigger than the tv room and as for my bathroom well let's just say that I have a huge walk-in shower stall. *Whistle* 'Oh good, tea is done. Finish packing and get out of this place.' "I'm sorry about before, I was out of hand with how I took it." she said to me after she blew on her tea. "No Anna, it's really okay." I whispered to her. I ran my fingers through my hair trying to figure out what I can do to cheer her up. We sat in silence for a little bit, it was already eleven-thirty in the morning. "Anna, why don't you take off your shoes and I'll give you a foot massage." "A foot massage sounds great." then I caught her smiling at me. I led her to the bedroom, Anna kicked off her shoes and laid down on my bed. I grabbed the desk chair I had and placed it at the foot of the bed. I took her socks off and began massaging them, softly at first. "This feels so relaxing." Anna whispered. I'm glad she's relaxing and enjoying herself. We still have a few more stuff to pack, the mattress is pretty old and I don't need it anymore, my dishes I can sell and silverware as well. Thirty minutes go by and I stop massaging her feet. "There you go beautiful, do you feel better?" "Yes, thank you." she sits up and reaches for her socks. I get up from the chair and told her what I was going to be doing with the mattress and stuff.
