Chapter Two

It was into the evening already and almost time for the double date. Now that Allen and I are seeing each other now as a couple, it won't seem so weird now. I headed back up the stairs to dress a little more warm for the evening. Allen and Tim chilled in the t.v. room to watch a sports game. Tiffany was in my room helping me pick out an outfit for the evening. "Tiff can you believe it? Allen and I are already dating just like that." I was saying as I undressed. "No, I can't believe it. Well, if it's meant to be it's meant to be." "Yeah, I guess you're right. So, should I go with the deep red sweater and the black pants or the deep blue turtleneck and the black pants?" "I think you should go with the deep blue, it looks more hypnotic with your eyes. Also, wear these heels. More comfortable." "Thanks!" I exclaimed while I put my shirt on. I was thinking to myself 'I'm scared though. I'm scared to love after I've been hurt so many times. Let alone me being a vampire. I have to teach him everything. I have to tell him to keep it quiet for now.' I finished getting dressed and Tiff stayed behind to tidy up my room for me.

I headed down the stairs and Allen was standing there. It's already evening, the sun was setting. He'll be safe until I bring him back here. I have rings set aside for when I find my mate. "Hey sweetheart, I'm ready for the double date whenever you are." I said to him. Allen smiled at me and replied, "Let's head out then, I'm hungry." I looked up at him, smiled and said "I thought so. Alright bye guys, I'll be back late. Have fun and don't destroy the place." Allen opened the front door for me and we left the house. We got to his car, it was a classic 1969 Dodge Charger in black. The sun was able to show most of the detail of the car. I was highly impressed with his choice of cars. Allen walked quickly up to my side and held it open for me. This I'm not used to, I smiled at him and proceeded to get in. He closed the door and got in. "So Allen, big fan of classic cars? " I asked him. "Yes, I love them more than the fancy looking cars nowadays." he replied with. "I have another classic car that I think you will like, but you will have to come to my place for that. I can't tell you what it is." he said as we drove off to this restaurant for the double date. "So Allen; besides the classic cars you like to drive, do you fancy motorcycles?" I asked him. He looked over at me with them brown eyes of his and said "I have a Harley Heritage Softail, that there is my mistress. One day I'll take you for a ride on it." "I can't wait to be on, I love motorcycles. I always wanted to be on one. I have a small wild side on me." I replied with. We continued to drive further into the city, pulled up to a Japanese restaurant and I was excited. I was in for a wonderful evening with an amazing man. I also couldn't wait to meet his one friend and the girl he brought with him. Allen came around to my side, opened the door for me and I managed to smile. 'I felt like my normal self around him. What is he doing to me?' I thought. "You ready to eat Anna, I hope this is to your liking." he asked me and I just shook my head yes like a hysterical person. I was more than satisfied with the choice.

Allen and I proceeded to head inside to grab a table. When I first walked inside, it was beautiful. It looked like I was inside a minnie Japan. There were little booths that looked like the entrance ways to Geisha houses, a nice clean pond area that had some Koi fish in it, women were dressed like Geisha's but they didn't wear the wooden shoes (wore more comfy ones) and it had hanging lanterns all over. It was very beautiful and I was highly impressed. The one waiter took us to our booth and we sat down. "Sooo where is this friend of yours and his date?" I asked. "No beautiful, it's just the two of us." he replied with. "Well isn't that surprising, I'm impressed with your taste in food as well. Thanks sweetheart, it's very sweet of you to take me out." "No problem beautiful. You're one amazing woman. I'm so glad I know Timothy. I was telling him that I saw you looking at some book with your friend. He was telling me about how you ladies like to get the same book and discuss it." "Yeah, which reminds me... I need to read three chapters so I can be all caught up." The waitress Geisha appeared and we ordered some green tea. Allen and I looked at the menu and decided on some sushi. I wanted the eel and he wanted the shrimp. The Geisha came back with the tea and I told her what we wanted. She smiled, nodded and walked off. The music that was playing was soothing and I could almost pass out from it. "Allen, don't tell me you were stalking me." "No, actually Timothy mentioned you were single and told me where you were heading. He also sent me a photo of you reading a book. I could not resist on how highly attractive you are Anna. You drew me in like a moth to a flame." "I know how dangerous I could be but I can also be very caring." I looked at him and gave him a small devilish smile. He gave one in return and winked. I sipped my tea and all he could do was smile at me and I was smiling back (not being able to control myself.) He is pretty charming for his age and now he will be that age forever. I'll be the same age I have always been and he will be the same thirty-nine year old forever. Now he has two birthdays, one for when he was born and the second from when he became a vampire. This evening is a time to celebrate. Our sushi came back and I was so hungry for it to. After all that work, I'm one tired woman. We ate out sushi and got to know each other a little bit more. Then our check came and my sweet Allen paid for it. He's such good mate for me, I'm glad I bit him. We walked hand in hand out of the restaurant and headed to the car. "So where to now?" Allen asked and I was telling him "back to my place. I have something you are going to need right away."
