Good Times Bad Times

Third lesson today, it's going sooo slowly. It's hard to stand how the others are fucking rude on teacher and acting more like a children from nursery. They have no respect to anyone, I bet even to themselves.

Teacher is tired. No wonder. When you are the only person who knows the answer or who is not too lazy to respond and fuckin' noise is everywhere.

*trrrrrrrrrrrrrr*

The break bell, great! I put on my head phones and listened to 'Mother' by Pink Floyd on repeat. While eating I just heard the voice of Roger Waters and watched how my stupid class mates are running around the class and make noise and mess. I will never stop wonder how they can be 17 years old...

Always while David's voice came on I smiled. I love him, his voice, it's so deep but infinitely smooth.

And then I just thought about one of these special nice things in my life. My teacher. He is the only person in real life I can talk with about music. He also helped me to discover some great bands as Van Der Graaf Generator or Yes..

I'm gonna see him today while the lunch break. He wanted to give me some old CDs. I had one for him too, I found the Deep Purple Made in Japan album in my grandma's house while the summer holiday. I'm so excited!!

"Good afternoon Mr."
"Hello, Vera Lynn" Oh my gosh I loved him for this, like, he knows so well that I'm Vera Nicolet, but sinc I once signed on my drawing like this, he started to call me that way.

"I have a surprise for you." wow..
"Really?" I stared with wide eyes and waited for like what's the point... "Oh, wait! You have found 'the piper' LP?" I tried to guess and yelled a bit loud.

"No" he laughed. "Unfortunately not" oh my god I was taut like a bow..."I...have...two tickets to "Rattle that lock" tour!"

I didn't get that...
"Wow, you are so lucky! Have so much fun!" I just said and stared at him.
He laughed. "No, I mean, I have one ticked to Gilmour, and you have one ticket too!"

What the bloody hell he just said?!?! "Whattt??" I yelled "Are you being serious right now, right here?!" I couldn't believe. Sweet mother of potatoes, I'm going to see David Gilmour, one of my biggest loves ever, performing his new masterpiece. This is the dream that come true.

"Yes" he laughed a lot today "Do you want to come with me?" He asked like provocatively.
"Y'know,..I'm not sure...maybe I'd rather do my manicure and go to the party..." I said with the tears of laughter in my eyes. We both winked on each other and started to laugh again.

Then he gave me some old Genesis with Peter Gabriel and some CDs by King Crimson and Transatlantic. Awesome!
I gave him that Deep Purple one, he thanked and we had to go back to the school building.

"Call me whenever in the evening and I'll say you the whole info about it okay?"
"Okay"

Wow, this is really the best thing that could ever happen to me! Except being born in '40s of course.
I spent the rest of the day thinking about it...

When I arrived home, I put my Led Zeppelin I. record on and almost started to dance. But I was too tired from P.E. so I just put myself into bed and felt the happiness. Yeah, the moments when I felt the happiness were unique.
I made a quick note about this crazy thing into my diary and got up to cook something for dinner.

I decided for spaghetti, they're quick and good.
I boiled water and set spaghetti in. I love to throw them on the ceiling to know if the're done. It's so childish but it's so much fun... I cook spaghetti pretty often hehe.

"Jesus Christ!" I yelled. (When I say Christ I mean David Gilmour in his bearded era) "I forgot about him." I jumped from my chair and ran for the telepfone. (I mean I have a smartphone, but I enjoy using these retro stuf such as my old cameras, telephone or gramophone) I checked the time... Well, 8pm, hope it's not too late.

I dialled the phone and waited...
"Good evening, is it you Vera?"
"Oh yes, I'm right here" I said a bit loud, just like regular...
"Well so what are you up to right now?" I was little nervous as I heard his voice in the phone.
"Well, I just ate my dinner, I have nothing to do at all."
"Great, I'll be there in ten minutes, is it okay?"

Wait, what? Oh my gosh, this guy won't stop to shock me anyway! I mean I thought he just wanted to talk...I've never met him after school or something. I'm nervous as hell...

"Yeah, it's okay I guess..."
"Ok"
He hung up
Wow, I've no Idea about what I'm gonna do tonight...
