"What do you mean 'me and Harry'?!" I was staring at her with a blank expression plastered onto my face.

"Yeah, you and Harry. Why didn't you tell me?!" she was pacing the openly-spaced kitchen with her hands flying out with emphasis. "You and Harry freaking Styles. No one would have guessed this. Look at you! Look at me! We all thought you'd end up marrying some Bank of America accountant."

I shook my head and sat on the counter, "Gee thanks." With an eye roll, I continued, "No, not Harry and myself. We're not a thing. You and Niall, on the other hand, are real. Why didn't you tell anyone?!"

Sheena laughed at me, "I told you in the text! I didn't want hate and keeping the secret was the only way for that to happen!"

"Well, tell me everything then," I grinned at her.

"Okay, so I was still on Guam, okay? And this happened when you went to California over the summer. Remember?"

I nodded, the memories of that summer rushing back to my mind. I had taken a trip off of Guam to visit my dad. Being gone for the whole summer, I didn't hear the news that One Direction had paid Guam a little visit on their world tour. I remember getting back to Guam and yelling at my friend, Gina, for not telling me about it sooner.

"Well, I was there. And I scored backstage passes." she took a seat, continuing her story. "We met there. It was like he was.. Looking for me."

She trailed off, a smile forming at her lips.

I giggled, it seemed to me that Sheena was a lovesick puppy. Then I realized again that I could end up that way. But did I want to end up like that? Out of all the girls in the world, Harry noticed me. And I didn't know if that was a good or bad thing. Maybe it should be good, but the possible outcomes? Hate? Heartbreak? No. I can't deal with that... Again.

I pushed the thoughts from mind as Sheena rambled on.

"... And he took me to The Cove and they had this little place hidden near the back. It was, like, so private. As if we were the only ones there. And we talked the whole night. Then he dropped me home. Oh Christy, he's so... Damn!" she giggled.

"You're just so taken by him, aren't you?" I tilted my head, looking at her.

She nodded, "I know things have been difficult before.. But he's like a light on my dark day."

I smiled. Maybe things would turn out okay for her. Maybe this is what she had been waiting for... Maybe Niall truly was her prince charming. But, could Harry possibly be mine? Sure, I've never met anyone like him. I don't really recall him being 'famous' during my entire time with him. He never flaunted off his money, he never acted like he was better than everyone. He acted like a normal person. Harry acted like he was just an average teen who is dealing with bigger problems.

I looked at Sheena, who appeared to be in her own state of mind and I sighed. Then, I made my way out of the kitchen and back to the living room. Niall and Harry seemed to be deep in discussion. I heard something, though.

Harry sighed, "... But she's already getting the hate. It's almost impossible. I knew the paps were at Starbucks but I didn't think they got anything. Now E! has been running a cover of the mysterious pictures of me and her."

I half-hid in the kitchen doorway, Sheena coming up behind me with a questionable look. I shook my head, motioning my head to the boys.

"... Well, you knew something like this would happen. Thanks to Lou, it's sooner. Haz, it's your choice," Niall said in his Irish accent that usually sent girls swarming to him. But not right now, I was too worried.

"Louis and that stupid photo," Harry shook his head. "We never should have taken it and now...."

He trailed off again. I took a breath before walking in, Sheena following in pursuit.

"Hey there," I said and sat down beside Harry on the arm rest of the couch. Sheena sat down beside Niall, his arm wrapping around her in a way that made my stomach churn with happiness.

"What were you two talking about?" Sheena asked, already peaked with interest.

Niall shook his head, "Nothing, Princess."

Harry smiled at me and I gave him my best smile back.

I knew this wasn't 'nothing'.
