** Chapter Two **

I woke up the next morning with a big smile on my face. Today was the day I would meet Harry at Starbucks. The day that most girls would trade their lives for. And I, an ordinary girl, would get this opportunity.

Don't blow this, doofus, I thought to myself. If he thinks you're a crazed fan, which you're not, you'll never step foot near One Direction, or Harry Styles, again. 

After a quick shower, I slipped into black skinny jeans and an orange tee shirt with my black Converse. Gosh, my shoes are so worn out already. I was walking out my door when I heard a news cast from E! come from the living room. 

"And he confirms it," Giuliana Rancic was saying, "Irish hunk, and teen heartthrob, Niall Horan admits to dating Sheena Nave. The One Direction member was practically all smiles as he came clean in an interview."

I literally ran towards the living room, nearly tripping over my sister and landed flat on my bum in the middle of the floor. I had made it just in time to see Niall come on in his red polo. His face, indeed, was all smiles.

Interviewer; "So Niall, what's this we hear about a special lady in your life ?"

Niall's face turned a shade of pink before he smiled widely, "I guess everyone know now ?" His Irish accent sounding clear as day. "Well, her name is Sheena Nave. I met her while the lads and I were on Guam for a concert. I was up there singing my solo for 'More Than This' when she caught my eye."

I could feel myself smiling like a fool. Here I was, Christy Eclavea, and I went to school with this girl. I grabbed my iPhone and quickly scanned the contacts, searching for her name. There! 

I sent a quick text to Sheena:

"OMG. You and Niall ? Why you no tell me ? xD"

Niall was continuing his love story with a smile as big as mine, "Sheena had been in the front row, cheering on with the rest of the gals. She was wearing this green 'I Love Niall' shirt. But her smile..."

Niall dazed off, remembering that moment and I felt myself grin. Then my phone went off and I looked at the text from Sheena:

"well i don't want hate. and you never asked lol"

Interviewer; "Niall, why did you wait for so long?"

Niall looked at the interviewer with his eyes furrowed, "Well, mate, people do crazy things when they're in love."

I screamed. I felt so happy for my friend. But my sister, who sat on the floor reading a book, looked at me like I was crazy. I rolled my eyes and turned the telly off, walking to the kitchen. 

Then reality hit. What if things worked out with Harry? What if that were me and I got hate? What if I couldn't handle it? How would Harry act? My life wouldn't be normal again.

Uh-oh.
