The summer breeze rushed through my body as I stepped out of my home. Last night wasn't a memory I would like to remember.

I drove around the roads of Vegas as some music were playing on the Radio. I passed by Kyle's workplace and took a deep breath.

I wouldn't want to remember it but My parents and my old friends live there, which makes it no excuse to not go back.
Laughter,cheers, my first years, and chatters ring in my mind. But the tears, the pain, my past, my encounters will haunt me for the rest of my life.
I pullover to a big building and jumped out. It was a mall that I loved the most. My childhood dreams, my prayers, my hopes all lead here. This is my dream destination. But after taking a few steps into the building I froze.
My insides, my heart, my pulse, my veins stopped instantly as if I the solar system got corrupted.
She was leaning on a pillar like a lion waiting for its prey before it launches itself on top.
Lighting a match igniting a cigarette, taping her foot to the music blasting in her ears.
A grey beanie, a grey sweater, and faded blue jeans. It felt peculiar to see her in this outfit. It was unlikely of her to wear something simple.
I looked down hoping not to catch her attention.
"Hey junior"

"Y-yeah?"I said in a stutter.
"I don't bite"She said..
"such a coincidence that we met."I said walking towards her.
"It wasnt a coincidence, it was my intention or in other words I know where you were heading."
"What? Were you following me?"
"I got here earlier what do you think." She said with a smirk.
"Cmon follow me" She said as she head towards a clothing store.
I followed her command as if I was hypnotised. This day had gone wrong, very wrong.
She tossed me a leather jacket with a silver zipper. She gestured me to try it on and so I did. I have to say, I looked good.
"nice look Ryan"
The next thing led to another and I resulted looking like a different human. My hair was dyed with strikes of green at the roots and the year 2006 tattooed on my collar bones in roman characters.
"nice" She said. "I'll see you tomorrow."
"Wait! How did you know where I was heading?"
"You don't know how gullible you are Ryan."She chuckled and ran leaving me.
I walked towards my car earning a few stares here and there but I don't really care now. There's no turning back.
It was nearing afternoon when I came home. Exhausted, I changed into my pajamas and plopped on my bed. I grabbed my laptop and head to social media. Bored, I finally decided to read the news but soon my heart stopped.
