Chapter 5:Jecca?

Miss Kate and Phoebe were both very happy that we won.

Michelle's POV
We are headed to Nationals. We get on the bus at the studio. On the bus, I sit by Giselle and we chat. Then we get off the bus and go into the airport. We check in and go through security .
Then we wait.
We waited a little while, and then our flight was called.

"Would remaining passengers on flight 216 to Winnipeg please board now?" Announced the airport people over the PA.

We went and we got on the place. I sat beside Skylar. We chatted.

We got off the plane and got on a bus to the competition.

We got to the competition and signed in.

Then we went next door to our hotel and signed in there. I am rooming with Giselle, Cierra and Sklyar.

I got a bite to eat for supper. Then I redid my make up, curled my hair, and put on a dress for the Welcome Nationals party.

The party was a lot of fun.

The next day was male solo. Eldon did our solo to Oxygen. We are moving on.

Two days later, West, James and Noah do our small group to Shut Up and Dance. We are moving on.

Later that day, Jiley does our duet. We are moving on.

Today's is my solo. I go to our dressing room at the competition. I go to the restroom and put my costume on.

My costume is a sliver 'mermaid style' metallic dress. I have the same colour shorts on underneath of my dress.

I do my make up and my hair. For my hair, I curl it. Then I pull two pieces of hair from the front and attach them in the back.

I am wear ballet slippers for this dance.

I go backstage and get my head in the right place. I'm a diva.

"Next up we have Michelle from The Next Step with Can't Stop Dancin'. Let's see how she does," Announced Chuck Anderson.

I go onstage and dance like there is no tomorrow.

"And the winner moving on to the semi final round is..  The Next Step," they announced.

My team and I are so excited.

The next day we perform our semi finals routine called Footloose. In this dance we are at a party.

Our costume for this is a teal party dress. We wore ballet slippers, and our hair(for the girls) was in a high ponytail.

We are moving on to the finals.

I get ready for our group dance. I put on my long flowing dress and do my hair in a high ponytail. I also do my make up.

We go onstage and do our dance called Oath. It's is about being best friends. We are amazing.

After, we are standing on stage, waiting to see who wins.

"The winner of the 28th annual Absolute Dance Nationals is The Next Step," announced the judge.

I'm so excited. I hug Giselle as I laugh and scream. We accept our trophy and then give it to Miss Kate.

Becca's POV
Gabi has recently been promoted to B Troupe.

Today, after rehearsal, Josh approached me.

"Becca, I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hidalgos with me?" He asked.

"I would love to," I said.

We went to Hidalgos and got a snack and a drink. I gave him my number.

Later, he texted me'Are we a thing?'. I said'Do you want to be?'. He said yes, then I said yes. Josh and I are dating. Jecca is official. I the announced it on YouTube.

I can't wait to see what the future holds.
