walking out the door, I feel a pair of eyes trace my body. I feel like I know him from somewhere but someone that hot how could I forget?
"yes my daughter lives next door she very nice, a lot of love to give" jack looks like he is gonna drop dead from my mums never ending mouth. "she is very messy, and I mean she leaves underwear everywhere" (why did she feel the need to tell him that it isn't like he going to see it anyway) my chance of being with him has gone out of the window, I'm never going to stand a chance with him now, this is my time to get up and leave. I'm uncomfortable with this, why couldn't she mention I spend all my time watching Netflix,no had to be the underwear.
making my way back toward my flat I feel a hand grip my shoulders, I spin around to see jacks face way above me (he must be like 6ft) "hi.. is that your mum?" he questioned me "sadly yes I don't like her but without her there would be no me" I smile putting my hands under my chin. He stands there looking at me for like 10 minutes. yep my chance has definitely gone now ,great way to mess up Scarlett.
I walk through the door to my living room and into my kitchen when I come back, jack is sitting on my couch holding up my underwear (well I'm dead. the ground might as well eat me alive) "so baby girl these yours? they're hot" I feel my face burning I have to say something quick "no they are my friends she stayed last night must of forgot them". he stands besides me and whispers in my ear "your look better in them baby girl" ew another fuckboii.
our parents walk in we look like kids who have been yelled at for messing about. I grab my underwear out of jacks hands and throw it so his mum wont think anything bad of me. "so about 7ish we will be over I have to let jack sort himself out" she looks at jack all smiles then looks down at me a small girl, with a bright red face along with my messy hair. I look a mess mum was right "and maybe Scarlett can get ready too, you know make a effort?" like Wow RUDE!? don't mind me I'm still here you know. I'm gonna show her how nice I can be, dinner is gonna be a piece of cake.
both jack and his mum walk out leaving me with my mum, ergh why. 2 minutes later and she back to being a bitch"well jacks mum right, you could do with sorting yourself out" I stick my finger up and bounce up the stairs to my room. opening up my wardrobe I have some nice clothes but I'm trying to please both jack and his mum, after like a hour I decide on my blue lace skin-tight dress that goes a bit below my knee.
I take a shower calming my Nevers why am I so nervous? I sort my hair out letting the hot water dribble down my back, standing there for about 5 minutes. I decide maybe I should start to get ready I step out into my room sorting my hair out, loose curls look nice not too much effort but still pretty now make up well I'm crap at it so this is gonna fail. after 2 try's I settle for a nude eye with my long eyelashes and my signature red mac lipstick, I put my dress on it hugs my body.
I go downstairs to get a drink and see what my mum is doing it sound like she gonna kill someone with all the bangs and swearing (and she tells me off)I walk into my kitchen to grab a drink. mum stops what she doing to look at me she has to do a double take of me "so do I look okay?" I ask her hoping maybe she may actually be nice to me. "you look extremely pretty, all this for jack" she points to the dress, I cant help but go all girly. I sit down on my breakfast bar watching her yell at the oven for burning her fancy type of fish. I pick up my phone and scroll though my Instagram, taking some cheeky selfies to post later.
the door rings. "ill get it" I yell jumping up, before I even get to the door jacks mum walks in goes straight into the kitchen I cant help but stand there shocked 1- how did she know that was my kitchen and 2- RUDE! she just invited herself in. arms slide around my waist "you look very pretty tonight, all for me?" jack asks smirking into my ear. I cant help but laugh and move away from him.
when we finally sat down without my mum fussing over not having the right wine. we all started to eat our meal. I could feel eyes always looking at me all dinner "do u mind?" I yell at jack making him jump. I storm off up to my room away from him away from them all I just want thing to go back to how they were,before jack gilinsky turned up.
chapter 2!! took me like 3 hours to sort out but I'm so happy this is my 3rd time writing this cause I knew it could be better but im so glad at how it turned out so happy. thoughts??
