wow so it's been awhile heh. I'm so fucking shitty.

I've literally missed 3 consecutive days of school and this has been the most stress free 3 days I have encountered since fucking summer.

if that doesn't hint off at how fucking stressful the school system is, I don't know what will.

I'm just a struggling teenager trying not to drop the fuck out and I just want to remind you guys :

your mental health is way more fucking important then school. if you're not feeling it and you've reached your limit, take a day off. do not stress yourself too much. don't over do it. just take a breather, okay ?

also, your marks/grades/gpa do. not. define. who. you. are. as. a. person. have I made myself clear ? your academic career doesn't justify your personality. so if anyone makes you feel shitty for being in intensive/standard/advanced/gifted classes or that you have bad grades/failed a test, give them the finger and tell them to fuck off.

also, taking your meds is super fucking in. eating and staying healthy is super fucking trendy. staying hydrated is super fucking punk rock.

I just want you all to take care of yourselves. know that it's okay to have bad days. it's okay to not be sure of who you are it. it's okay to be scared. it's okay to be worried. it's okay to not be okay. just know you aren't the only one with these uncertainties. in due time, thing will eventually get easier (:
