"Do you know where we are?" Sam whispered in your ear, his hot voice tickling the shell of your ear.

"Yes," you smiled.

You were currently sitting in your boyfriends lap, your back against his chest, and his arms wrapped tight around you. You two weren't due back at the bunker for another few hours so Sam made a detour down an old abandoned gravel road and a few miles down he stopped and made you get out, saying he had a surprise for you.

The surprise was a picnic date. Sam had a blue faded sheet laid down on the grass with a traditional picnic basket full of your favorite food and a cooler beside it with a couple of beers. You all had ate, and now you were sitting in Sam's lap as he sat against the impala.

"I'd never forget this place," You said, twisting around so you could see Sam's face. "It's were I met you."

And it was. Your dad was a hunter and sometimes if a hunt got big and nasty, he would call in John Winchester. You were just fourteen, when your dad pulled the side of the road next to a black impala and he introduced you to John and his two boys, Sam and Dean. You and Sam were attracted to each other, but this life and being just a kid made having a relationship hard. You all didn't rekindle until you heard about John Winchester's death a few years back. Sam finally made his move and you two have been together ever since.

Sam smiled, using his hand to cup your face. "I love you so much."

"I know," you smiled back and Sam laughed. "Why did you bring me here Sam?"

"Because I wanted too."

"I'm glad you did, I never thought I'd see this place again."

"Will you get me another beer? I would, but you're sitting on me."

You rolled your eyes, but stood up and walked over to the cooler. "If you keep drinking, I'm gonna have to drive us back and you know Dean isn't gonna be happy about that." You pulled a cold beer bottle out and turned back around and gasped.

Sam was in front of you, but on one knee, with a small velvet box in his hand. He was grinning from ear to ear. "I love you."

"I love you too, Sam."

"I know I can't give you a life in suburbia or a stable life or even the promise of being alive tomorrow, but I will do everything in my power to protect you and love you and all I need to know that you'll be with me til the end."

A tear ran down your face as you're face broke out into a smile. "Yes! Forever times yes! I always want to be with you!" Sam stood up and pressed a kiss to your lips. He opened up the box and showed you the ring inside.

"Silver, just what you like, right?" He asked, as he slid the ring on your finger. You grabbed him by the collar of his flannel and pulled him down for another kiss.
