Chapter 3!!

Morning came fast, so fast that next thing I know me and Noah are pulling up into the schools parking lot. It's 8:30am so I still have some time to catch up with Tess and double check I have done everything. As I get out of the car I see that quite a few people are looking at me, I wouldn't really blame them, mr popular with mystery girl, poor she-devil, two faced, stuck up, mean, beauchy Nicole. I see the headline now, well minus all the names that she has, that everyone thinks of her but are way to afraid to say it to her face. Is being that popular so important, that so you don't stick up for your self. Jeez.

"Hey, I'll see you in science?" Noah says to me with a smile, interrupting my thoughts.

"Yea, sure." I say as he leaves.

I was walking down the hall, making my way to English, when a familiar, looking blonde grabs my wrist, I think her name was Casey. "Yea...?" I ask,

"Look I know we're not really friends or anything, and you won't believe me, but ill feel bad if I don't tell you, but if I do don't tell Nicole, well not that you even talk to her, but you know-"

"What is it?" I snap, cutting her off, but curiosity killing me I don't want to listen to rambling.

"Casey!" Someone shrieks across the hall, making her over makeuped face filled with worry, "lets go!" Nicole yells, with a deathly look towards me,

"Just ah watch your back." Casey whispers, then turns on her heel.

"What was that?" Nicole ask, getting mad,

"I was just uh um giving her a hard time about her, uh outfit, I mean come on, so last month!" Casey beams, obviously happy with her cover up.

Then they both flick back there blonde hair and stride down the hall.

I seriously don't get what I did to make her hate me so much? I haven't done anything to her, apart from in ninth grade I may have just dated the guy she liked, no biggie. Well to me at least, we did brake up two weeks later. Then the bell goes off interrupting my thoughts, and everyone scatters away going to class. I guess I better get going.

"Hey Avery!" A male voice calls out to me as I am slowly making my way down the hall, never hurt anyone to be just a little late, but seriously tho, how many times am I gonna be interrupted?

I turn around to see the person who has stopped me,

"Oh hey Nathan." I say with a smile,

"Your late." He says stating the obvious.

"I could say the same for you,"

"Well since we are both late," he starts "how would you like to ditch school with me?"

Wow I wasn't expecting that. Should I? No I can't, it would be bad. But... Then again? No! You have a perfect record for never missing school, not even on that snow day. One day it was snowing, so school was canceled but I went just to check no one was learning with out me. Goodie-to-shoes. Oh shit up brain!

"Sorry Nathan, I can't." I say,

"Oh come on, it will be fun!" He beams,

"We could get into trouble." I say worried, even tho a part of me is screaming go for it!

"Avery. Live a little, it's first period, everyone will just think your sick. Come on, loosen up!" He says,

"Uhh, um?"

He extends out his hand, with a smile "you know you want to."

With out thinking I take it.

At 11:00am I found myself at a cute little dinner, just out of town, I have never been here, or around this part of town, but I must admit the food is good. I ordered a pie and Nathan got a huge burger and fries. I'm actually having a good time, not having to worry about Nicole and her clones, or creepy teachers. Just fun and lots of laughs.
