Mirta stared at the new place around her. The big city of Mandalore, Keldabe. She found herself staring at every little thing. I mean she had been so many places that had cities just as big, but this was different. It was something she could take pride in because it was made on her home world and made by her people.
Ghes swerved through the streets with ease. It was like he could do it blind folded he knew the place so well. He would sneak a glance back at her every once in a while. The blond would chuckle to himself; she looked like one of those innocent farmers who had just come to the big city for the first time.
"I really don't have a death wish," Mirta  said after she caught him looking at her for the fifth time,"so keep your eyes straight ahead."
"Oh please!" He hissed, still looking back at her,"I know this place inside and out." She rolled her eyes and went back to looking around when she felt the speeder bike come to a speeding holt. Mirta collided with Ghes's back which hurt more then she expected.
"What the Force happed!" She hissed as they began to move again. Ghes turned off the bike and hopped to the ground. The blond boy turned to her and gave her a smug smile.
"We're here!" He announced as he went straight inside the shop. She soon follows and caught up to him. Once there, she smacked him hard upside the head again.
"What the force was that for!?" He shrieked and tried to hit her. Soon they were brawling on the floor of the shop.
"That enough!" Ghes's guardian yelled. Both children look up for a moment and by the look on the man's face knew it could be reinforced if need be.
"Go beat the living force out of each other where there aren't any customers," he said simply pointing at a door to the back of the shop. The two children dashed for it trying to get there first. Ghes was utterly desperate to beat Mirta at something and Mirta just simply refused to loose.
Once out of sight from adults, the two just looked at each other waiting to see who would make the first move. If either of them were asked who threw the first punch during this fight, neither would be able to answer with complete clearness. All either of them could could remember was a blur of throwing fists and a huge adrenaline rush.
In the end, when reality returned, Ghes lay asleep on the floor having passed out after a winner was made. His right eye was black and his nose was broken. At least five fingers were broken and his left shoulder was popped out of place. His right knee was the same and he was covered in bruises.
Mirta stat next to him; putting bacta patches on him. Both eyes were both black and her lip was busted. Her right wrist was broken and her left ankle was twisted. She had won though and that was all she cared about.
'Then why are you helping him?' She thought to herself, but just shrugged it off before starting to work on putting bacta patches in her own wounds. As she finished, Mirta heard her comlink begin to buzz.
She gulped as she answered it. "Hi Grandpa," Mirta answered and waited.
"Why are you in the Keldabe?" Boba said getting straight to the point.
"Um... How did you know?" Mirta said quietly.
"I have my ways, but I asked first."
"Um... Bad connection... Bye!" Mirta said as she turned off the comlink and groaned.
"I'm totally screwed," she whispered to herself; knowing her grandfather was going to make her explain. And lying to him, especially straight to his face, wasn't a good idea at all. Mirta could only hope his hunt would take a very long time.
"Was that your grandad?" Ghes asked as he sat up and flinched from the pain.
"Yeah and try not to move too much," Mirta answered as she closed her eyes.
"Thanks for the bacta," he whispered.
"Your welcome but you still have to do something for me in return sooner or later," Mirta said as she fell asleep next to her friend.

~2 weeks later~
Mirta dodged a punch Ghes threw at her and he blocked a punch from her. They had been going round and round like this for ten minutes now as Novoc watched.
"This is getting repetative!" Novoc complained.
"Well you said we couldn't beat the force out of each other like last time!" Ghes hissed as he continued to block her strikes.
"It looked more like you got a far worse beating," his guardian answered him. As Ghes turned and glared at him, Mirta quickly took advantage and kicked him right in the left-shoulder. Ghes fell back, but caught himself and moved to the right before she could pin him.
He was back on his feet in second and they began to circle each other. Both looking for a week spot in their rival and panting from exhaustion.
"Like two Nexu in a cage," Novoc said as he watched,"aren't I right?" The two children payed him no mind; thinking he was only talking to himself.
"I would have to agree," a gruff voice answered causing the children to forget their fight for the moment.
