Chapter 6

Adrienne

I was in the bed going through Instagram until I passed a post of Jasmine and some girl kissing. I was about to lose my mind but I waited till she got back from work. When I heard the front door close, I went downstairs.

Jasmine: Hey honey.
Me: Are you cheating on me?
Jasmine: what are you talking about?
Me: I was going through Instagram and I saw you with some girl. You both were kissing.
Jasmine: That picture is old baby.
Me: How old. Is it week old? Month old? Lie to me if you want to!!
Jasmine: I dont know I havent seen the picture!

I threw her my phone and started walking away. When I was half way up the steps, she grabs my arm and pulls me close to her. I was crying but it wasnt as bad as I thought it was.

Jasmine: Baby, that photo was taken years ago. The comment said throw back to when I was gay. I know that she is now happy.
Me: Why would she tag me in the post?
Jasmine: Babygirl, I dont know why but dont worry about that.
Me: What if she trys to take you from me?
Jasmine: I wont let her.
Me: I love you Jasmine.
Jasmine: I love you too Adrienne.
