Jasmine (couple months later)

Guess what is happening to me today, I'm having a baby. Lucky for me, it's a boy! Right now, I was in the hospital helping Adrienne with the contractions because I heard from my mom that they are painful. She told me that people have different pain levels. Some can handle it like a pro but some can't, Adrienne can't. She is screaming and crying but I kept telling her to breathe. Poor baby, she was sweating and was in a bunch of pain.

"Adrienne, just breathe." I said to her

"It hurts Jas." Adrienne said while crying

"I know but in a few minutes, you will be fully dilated." I said

"I can't wait for this baby to be in my arms Jas." Adrienne said while trying to calm down

The doctor came in and looked to see if she was fully dilated. I'm glad she was because I was ready to meet our son, Lucas. I had to change into some scrubs and put a shower cap on my head. I stood where the doctor was and they began the process.

"Come on baby you can do it. We just need to push a little harder." I said

"I can't!" Adrienne yelled

"Yes you can. I just need you to push, you can do it." I said

She gave us one last push and that's when I heard the sound of a baby crying. She did it! They cleaned Lucas off and handed it to me. I smiled and I could the tears spilling from my eyes. I walked over to Adrienne and handed her Lucas. She was crying tears of joy and then she kissed me on the cheek.

"Ms. Centina, you can invite your visitors in now." our doctor said to us while smiling.

I walked outside and saw everyone. My mom, dad, sisters, Johnee, Alesia, Corahn, Erica and Emani. I also saw Adrienne's mom and brother run into the hospital.

"You all can come in and meet Lucas." I said with excitement.

Everyone rushed and got their chance to hold Lucas. After visiting hours were over, everyone left but I stayed. Adrienne fell asleep with Lucas on her stomach. I put Lucas in his crib and then kissed her goodnight. Since I was a visitor, I also had to leave.

"Jasmine, where are you going?" Adrienne asked in a tired voice.

"Nowhere." I said while smilingat her and Lucas
