Chapter 20

Alesia

At this moment, I really am falling in love with Johnee and I am not ashamed to admit that.  I mean, she is so sweet and beautiful and I wonder why she likes a girl who has pink braids for crying out loud! Anyways, we were walking to where the rides were and Lucas wanted to get on the Tea Cups.

"Are you sure you wanna do this little man?" Johnee asked Lucas as we walked to the ride

"Yeah, are you chicken?" Lucas asked Johnee while smiling at her

"Oh so it's like that huh? We'll go with you little man but to only prove a point." Johnee said while we waited in line

I personally thought it was a bad idea because Lucas had just ate an hot dog and I didn't want him to throw up. Johnee said that he should be okay but once that ride was over, Johnee got off with puke on her shirt. She was right, Lucas could handle it but the other kids couldn't.

"I knew there was reason for why I personally hated that ride." Johnee said as we all walked into the bathroom.

"If you want to leave early, I understand." I said

"Yeah god mommy, who wants to walk around with the smell of puke on them." Lucas said while helping me wet some paper towels.

We helped her get the chunks off her shirt but I told her that she need to take off her shirt. She did and I ran some hot water in the sink and put some of the soap in the water. I then turned the water off and began to clean her shirt off. When I finally finished with that, I ringed it out and we went to get a T-shirt. She actually wanted to stay and I was happy with that.

"Now, is anyone up for ice cream and funnel cake?" I asked

"I am." Lucas said happily.

We went to stand in the line and I just ended up looking at people's Snapchat's. We finally got our food and went to sit down and eat. Since they give out big portions, we both decided to share with Lucas.

"I was wondering why I didn't  get one just for me." Lucas said

While we ate, I saw someone that I thought that I would never see again, my ex.

"Oh no." I said while getting up

"What wrong?" Johneé asked

"Oh its nothing, just have to use the restroom." I said while running

I ran to the restroom and locked myself in the stall. I cant believe she is here. I panicked when I heard the door open.

"Alesia, you okay?" I heard Lucas asked

I unlocked the stall to see Lucas and Johneé looking at me.

"Yeah." I said

"Did you see a monster?" Lucas asked

"More like a ghost from the past." I said

"You ready to go?" Johneé asked

"Yeah, we can leave." I said

We walked to the car and got in. Johneé was going to take us to get some pizza. She ended up getting it to go because she didn't want to sit in crowded places. Thank god because I couldn't stand the looks. We made it to the house and walked in.

"You can spend the night if you want." Johneé said while we sat at the kitchen table.

"Okay." I said

I grabbed a slice of pizza and started to eat. Lucas was making somewhat of a mess with his food.

"Little man you was hungry?" Johneé asked

"Yep." Lucas said

I laughed and smiled, they are so cute together.
