Chapter 15: birthdaysss

I just checked on the net, Ki Hong DOES have a younger sister. BUUUT unfortunately I don't know her name so her Korean name in this book is gonna be Kar Lee. Don't ask me why but I'm not very good with names so her English name's Olivia. K read on ily guys. Ps her instagram is @keyjlee if I'm not wrong. ]

Jessie's POV:

"Jessie!" I hear someone call me while I'm checking out some outfits. I turned around and I see Jen Chae (Jen frm head to toe) and Amy Okuda smiling at me.

"Happy Birthday!!" Jen squealed as she rushed over for a hug. Amy winked at me as she asks, "So... How's your boyfrieeeenddd?"

"Just fine"

I introduced the two to the four gals and we start to chat as we check out some cute outfits. But this time I don't let them pay for me anymore.
I haven't seen Amy and Jen for a very long time, but its very sweet of them having to remember.

When my own boyfriend didn't even remember my birthday.

Whatever. So we walk down the aisle and a cute light blue tank top catches my eye.

Affordable, nice colour. But it cracked me up to see "Keep on running like Minho's waiting" printed on the back of the tank top and a cartoon version of Minho in the front.
How cute. I find another guys shirt with "The shuckiest shuckface shuck" printed on it. So I decide to add it to my cart.

It may be awkward, a normal LA girl who knows nothing about life and just decides to follow her guts for everything to be dating someone probably alot of girls are desperate of all. There's probably about 7 billion people in the world. The human population in New York is about 8 million which makes it 4 million boys, the other four girls. And out of four million girls, I happen to meet him in a plane and sit next to him for more than 5 hours then realise we go to the same college and we go to the same class and our rooms were next to each other. And then out of four million girls he asks me out, I say yes, and bam.

I guess I'm just very grateful for what I have, and the big transformation. A girl with no dreams, to a girl with big dreams. A girl with no life, to a girl dating Ki Hong Lee with a life.

Thanks blue tee shirt with "The shuckiest shuckface shuck" printed on it to remind me that my life is flipping amazing, and that I'm hyperventilating because I'm Ki Hong Lee's girlfriend. Oh shut up Jessie you talk alot oh my god.

Anyways the four gals seem to get along well with Jen and Amy.

"Jen I hear you're a makeup artist and a youtuber?" Audrey asks Jen.

"I am in fact, maybe if you want we could collaboration someday" she winked and Audrey's eyes widen and she starts going crazy and jumps around.

"Oh my god this is awesome ahhh Jessie I love youuu"

I giggle as I look at her 'hyperventilating'

Then I felt a tug on my skirt. I look down to see a girl holding notebook and a pen. She held it out for me to sign on it. I squat down and smile.

"Are you Jessie Fang from Wongfu Productions?" She asked.

"I am, indeed. What's your name?"

"Macy..." She gushed.

"That's a very nice name Macy." I sign her book. Another girl probably her sister rushes over screaming my name.
"AHHH JESSIE FANG KI HONG LEES GIRLFRIEND AHHH"

I laugh as I give her a hug and take pictures with her.

"Oh my god I read your script for Wongfu Productions, and Ki Hong's role in the maze runner and Away we happened was AWESOME, not to mention the short films you directed OMG I can't believe I met you!!"
