Warren, drugged or drunk?

Last episode of L.i.S. Warren was either drugged or drunk. How do I know this? Warren only had half a beer. (idk if half a beer can get you drunk though) But he was possibly too drunk that he couldn't remember how much he drank.

Although people think that he is drugged just because of him saying "I only drank half a beer," when he is clearly waaay tipsy. There is no proof that he is drugged or really drunk but I dunno leave your comments bellow about what you think and I'll say how many people think he os drunk or drugged on the next chapter.
