They didn't know what they did to her. None of them were aware of what they did to her including herself. Yvonne was broken long ago but she's only starting to crack recently. She let their words get to her.
It was painful seeing such a beautiful girl wasting her life just to be perfect. Perfection doesn't exist in reality. Even so, Yvonne tried her hardest to suit everyone's liking. She didn't know what she was doing to herself.
The eyes that once held brightness in it now dull and lifeless. She wanted to be loved but she didn't love herself. She wanted to be accepted but she didn't accept herself. She wanted to be strong but she kept holding back.
People didn't spare a glance at her. In their mind, she was the example of an ugly try hard imperfect bitch.
Yvonne felt herself changing day by day. She was weaker and more determined than ever to make her self perfect .
She thought it was for the better.
She began taking their insults as a guideline. When they called her fat, she would skip meals. When they called her ugly, she would slap and scold herself. Then, she would start searching makeup tutorials. She was insane.
Perfection drove her to insanity.
Unfortunately, there was no turning back.
